In Harrison, pg 3073, P2 syndrome - C/L homonyms hemianopia without macula sparing is usual manifestation, in MCA strokes hemianopia typically spares macula as calcarine cortex is supplied by P 2 segment. In your video, you have said in P2 syndrome macula is spared. So what's true?
PCA Involves macula because it supplies calcarine cortex...so macular sparing not seen in PCA stroke....(you can remember: PCM: PCA-- CALCARINE CORTEX---MACULA) whereas MCA does not perfuse calcarine cortex sparing the macula.....so what is given in harrison is perfect!
