Wonder Boy: The Dragon's Trap (Extreme Mode) - 100% Walkthrough (All Gear, All Charms, No Death)

In this Walkthrough I'll complete the game on the highest difficulty (Extreme). I'll also collect every piece of gear and all the Charm Stones.
You can't have more than one Heart Container on Extreme mode and every level has a timer that constantly makes you lose health.
