Kindly share the work culture in SBI and it's HR policy and transfers. Because many of SBI employees are saying that to toxic and high work pressure making them to resign from their jobs. Especially officers. So kindly share your experience in this regard.
@@naikm6149 HR policy is fair enough as per written guideline. Transfer in due course for JA 5year but withing Zone only. Work pressure with public pressure always but many things to learn if team is good and supportive in branch or backoffice.
Har policies bs kagaz pr hai baki karenge hr wale apne mann ki aap transfer ke liye kuch bhi karle chahe kitna bhi bura ho aapke sath koi ni sunne wala h
@@naikm6149 pressure in all bank depend how u deal with. Nothing is there to think upon, as org is large so customer and management expections also high. Think about 3 lac emp working not few who regisn due to several reasons

sir two questions - 1) sir got selected in SBI JA rajasthan and sir mera NHB AM me waitlist hai...although wo kewal dikhane ki waitlist hai clear hone ke chance zero hi hai par officially to waitlist hai hi...and i am preparing for rbi and nabard grade a so thinking to take extension for 3 months to kya NHB waitlist appropriate reason ho sakta hai for extension ? and extenstion se kya posting me fark padega like location etc. 2) sir you told ki accg to new circular of sbi, computer graduates are eligible for TO after 2 years as SBI JA experience and jaiib + caiib so i am btech in computer science to soch rha hu 2 sal me jaiib and caiib karke jmgs-1 me promotion lene ka yadi aor kahi selection nhi hua to, to kya extension lene ki wajah se 2 sal SBI JA + jaiib + caiib valid nhi hoga kya for promotion as SBI to TO ? please answer these 2 questions
@@jenith9346 promotion date based on 1.4 of each yr so no seniority loose if joing before 1.4. Btech TO is new opening whether in all yr same will be declared not know. But if Jaiib caiib can go for TO GBO

Mera pass b isi financial year hai..aur SBI ja me likha 1-04-2023 ke baad ka hona till dv..usme aisa to nhi likha ki particular financial year chahiye.

SBI ka ab kya hoga nahi malum!

@@debdanganguly9918 if promoted from other circle than your domicile state you need to apply for ICT i.e inter circle transfer which is online and can take several years
@@learnbeyond9836 and sir for the one who got home state in SBI JA, will after becoming as TO due to IT background, he will be transferred to different state or home state ( i heard ki TO because of IT background gets SO type profile and transferred to corporate braches like mumbai, gurgaon etc)

2.you will loose/back one year in each promotion

also sir an TO of IT background wil have less workload than the one who don't have IT background as IT wala will get SO type profile ?
