    My brother had a 76 440 cyclone. He blew up the 440, they replaced it 1st with a 295s race motor, then with a free air 340.. it was a fun sled

    Very nice looking sleds! If I were you, I’d replace the all the crank seals before a catastrophic event happens. In my case, (Murphy’s law) that’s what would happen. Thanks for the walk around.

    Yo! Where did you get the info on the #'s? Guy with an old Polaris here can't find anything online about how many Galaxy 340's were made in 1980? Apologize for being slightly off subject but I keep getting the, "Polaris kept crappy records back then..." message.

      Unfortunately my Polaris knowledge is not very good
      John Deere kept very good records on what they built
