My gosh, the culminations of these BTS videos never fail to make me weepy! Your face entering is how EVERYONE must feel about getting to be in the room with your music, Sho. I love seeing all that goes on behind the scenes of the performers I respect the most, and it's always such a joy when the love for AND from them is so palpable offstage, too. (Haha also: Papa Bean is a gem)
She is not only an amazing professional performer with humor (and I believe she has a lovely dad) but she also has such a kind heart. That pep talk she gave before the show...! ❤️Shoshana for president!
Easily one of the best live shows I've ever gotten the chance to see, and front row at that! ❤️❤️❤️ The closest I've ever come to witnessing "Judy at Carnegie Hall" vibes, from the pure, unconditional love from the audience to the performances to the magical synergy between Sho, the band and all the performers. Thank you thank you thank you for a night I will cherish always.
I swear I held my breath watching this. Being part of that night is a night I will never forget. The love, the soul, the music, the voice brought us all together. Absolutely outstanding.
There are so many feels and wonderful memories I was able to relive through this. Sho, you have always been and will always be one of the best "bosses" I've ever had. We will continue to go through the fire for you, and celebrate every victory with you. Keep shining, Sho Queen!
I’m proud yet envious of her! I wish I had as much dedication and discipline as she, but with my depression and autism! What are your words for motivation when you have close to none? Comment down below!
Hi, firstly I think recognising that not everyone's journey is the same and people, like trains arrive by different routes and at different times. Celebrate the times when you do feel motivated, chances are it may be more often than you think -perhaps keep a journal and write down the good feelings and experiences to inspire you to practice at those low motivation times. (you could keep track of the times incase there is a pattern around when you feel at your best) Give yourself rewards and gold stars for what you have done and measure it by the fact you've done it and the joy it's bought you. That may be more important and beneficial than measuring how much and how often especially during times that you are coping with depression. I'm a fan of Gretchen Rubin who researches/writes about happiness and habits, she has two books that may help, "The Four Tendencies and Better than Before" - the first covers motivation according to your personality type and the 2nd is around habits/how they are formed - so if you want to sing each morning make it a habit or tie it onto one you already have. For example, always sing while you cook dinner then it doesn't feel like an extra thing you have to make time for. Lastly, admire the lovely Shoshana Bean but no need to be envious, I'm sure that living with autism and depression there are struggles/challenges that you've overcome that would make Shoshana feel inspired and amazed by. Be kind to yourself, enjoy the journey and be your own kind of awesome just like Shoshana is hers! ❤❤
Gosh DAMN, I hate that BTS also means _Behind the Scenes_ and not *Bangtan Sonyeondan*!!!!!! MYWHOLE BEING WAS DYING FOR A SHOSHANA x BTS COLLAB HERE!!!! DAMNIT DAMNIT DAMNIT!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭

In the words of Jeff Bean “She is a fucking force”
This night was magic in person! Her first Apollo show, and she and her show were both gorgeous. So much fun!
Papa Bean made me cry! He’s so proud of his little bean!

One of my most memorable nights in ten years of living in NYC. The energy was ELECTRIC.
