    People underestimate what can be done in a few months, amir has been muscular his whole life hes always been very very fit all that was needed to do was to just chisel the fat off, athleanx cover the transformation rlly well

      AthleanX is anyways not a good source of info. I know you don’t have a clue about bodybuilding or strength training in general so don’t just claim something which you have no idea about. I have been training for 6 years and some of my friends who are fitness certified trainers even can not look this way unless steroids are in play.

      Whole life ? he looked like a toothpick for most of his life. his weight gain started in 2006 . And he definitely took gear for ghajini. And again for his other projects. you don't suddenly put on muscle in your 40s without that.

    He was already buff as heck before he gained the weight and continues to lift weights through the weight gain. Apparently it is easier to lose the weight when you have muscles under the fat.

  • @AmjadAliSyd
    @AmjadAliSyd 4 дні тому +54

    He already had muscles under all the fat he mostly worked towards retaining them and just shedding the fat. He has had a ripped body before in ghajini and almost always has had been in shape before getting fat for this role

      @@AmjadAliSyd Alright Bro, you might be concerned about Muscle Memory 👍 I agree with you but look at his age. High testosterone growth won't be possible at this age without Anabolic steroids. I mean, Muscle Gain and Fat loss simultaneously at the same time at this age naturally... Kidding me??

    that makes sense for 5 months. for a regular person 5 months may not be realistic cause we have work and other responsibilities so to get more than am hour or so to go to the gym everyday is hard. but for someone like him whose an established actor or athlete whose job revolves around being in a certain shape who make money off of that and can spare thier entire day for months on end working out it is possible. they have all day to go back and forth and do sets they have someone to control thier diet they can afford to have a specific diet. they can afford to not have any other responsibilities so 5 months for them is 12 hours a day for over 100 days they’re constantly working on their body

    1800 calories at 97kg is a pretty steep deficit tbf. For reference, I’m 72kg at 17-18% body fat and I diet at 1800 calories to lose weight. I lose about 50-100 grams every day.

    Guys, going from 37% body fat to ripped in 6 months is hard but not impossible. Keep in mind that he built most of the muscle during the dirty bulk.
    It’s the putting on muscle that is highly unnatural. Yes he “dirty bulked” and probably had great weight lifting instructors. But you guys forgot that he was 50 at the time and a 50 year old simply does not have the testosterone to build up that much muscle or even maintain it. So yes, he worked hard but he mostly also went HEAVY on the roids.
    So yeah, you guys got it mixed up, it’s possible to lose that much weight but impossible to build that much muscle in that time frame AT 50 naturally.

      Its muscle memory, you should check his body from Ghajini movie. Had amazing body there also. was 8-10 years early ;)

      Agreed they are movie stars. Their job rides millions on their shoulders. They hv everything monitored for safety. Even hrithik is on roids. People cant talk openly cuz then audience will belittle their hardwork n wont be inspiring. Plus roids are illegal

    it's basically cut and bulk theory. He just stretched the bulk phase alot. That's why you can see the JUMP in muscle growth. Bo steroids used, it's all natural.

    Aamir was the first to have an eight-pack in bollywood. Pretty sure he was already muscular. Fat loss and pumping were definitely responsible for his weightloss. Also, he seems to have an obsession with perfection. Add to that a whole team of highly paid professional, plus crores of money banking on him because he had already finished most of the film and couldn't be replaced if he decided to give up...

  • @kaustubhjd
    @kaustubhjd 4 дні тому

    People doesn't get he does it for living. We expect same kind a result in what we do little in term of what hes doing. He gets paid to do that... In result of acting. Thats different kind a motivation . But we have to spend money.... Thats start.😊

    he was chiseled earlier for gajini and always keeps that fit body. so he just removing fat from his body. not chiseling. 6 months is enough to burn the fat.
