If you truly want to develop a country like Ghana, you need to develop every city, every town, and every neighborhood. It’s about making sure that every area is well-developed - from the roads and streets to the sidewalks. And most importantly, it should be affordable and accessible for every citizen. There are countries around the world that have successfully done this. You can’t just develop certain areas and turn them into exclusive "bubbles" - like Western-style neighborhoods, or areas reserved for the elite. When you leave these "bubble" areas, you realize the rest of the country is still underdeveloped, and many people are living in poverty. It’s disheartening to see this in a place like Ghana. For example, I’d love to see every part of Accra look as developed as the few upscale neighborhoods. But the reality is, that’s not the case. If you look at the city from above, you’ll see that these “developed” areas are just a small fraction of the whole city, and that’s really sad. The truth is, the majority of the country is still struggling, and it seems like the politicians are out of touch with the needs of the people. Development needs to be inclusive - every neighborhood, every citizen, should have access to the same opportunities for growth and prosperity.
U wrong, majority of the country is not struggling, come again or travel wide and you realize, there are a lot of changes going on in Kumasi, takoradi, Koforidua, Sunyani
Too bad not everyone can afford it. The US is soo expensive that there are no jobs but everything is so expensive that at least 75% of the people r living in sub housing or homeless and it's illegal to be homeless. people don't see friends or family for years if at all . Satan has separated and conquered almost every God fearing person. Hope this never happens to beautiful Ghana. I have dear friends there.
I see there’s still a great lack of respect to other drivers on the road, people driving thru posted stop signs especially the motorcycle riders, trust me this will be a major problem as the city economy grows.

Even in the most abjectly poor nations there are well off people. According to the World Bank: "Poverty rates are projected to rise until 2026, peaking at 31.5% in 2025 before slightly declining to 30.6%, with rates at the LMIC line potentially reaching 55.1% by 2026 due to limited growth in services and agriculture and rising prices outpacing income growth for the poorest.'
