How about "mega drafting". Draft for 3 maps at once. Your team pool can only be used once. If it goes to map #3 you already know what's left on both sides.
Am I close?
1. Exiled: bans are permanent for the series
2. Stop picking on the little guy: your team cannot ban a char your team banned last game
3. Unique Bans: no1 can ban a character previously banned in the series
4. Alphabet Draft: your picks must be in hero alphabetical order
5. Redemption: you must play your bans next game
6. Equality: between your 8 choices (3bans + 5picks) you must have 4 female and 4 male characters
7. Payback: A normal draft is performed but then 2 games are played, the second game teams must play the opponent's draft.
8. Share the love: Your team must pick 1 character from each world (ie 1 starcraft, 1 warcraft, 1 diablo character)
9. Character not found: At the start of a game, randomly select a character from the alphabet. No game character with that letter in their name can be picked.

You could ban a role per match. Everyone plays without tank or without healer, etc. You could use Blizzard roles or custom made lists.
I would love to see game specific matches! Ie, team Diablo vs team StarCraft.
Another option is to ban a type of crowd control. A stunless game, a rootless game, no silence allowed, and so on.
Kure is up there for Maiev imo. NA is just currently out of sight out of mind.

Another idea is a player can only play each role once. Death Knight can only play healer once, then he would have to play something else like tank or side lane.
Another option is a no mount allowed game, nobody allowed to mount or use any z based ability.
Another option is players have to play fully dressed, no bathrobes allowed.

@@Khaldor his attempt was top delete anduin with aba in 1 second like he did previously. a greedy play but u said he stood still, well ya, he was stunned. lol
Is it just the observer that's lagging or is it the whole game having hiccups?
