I've watched so many of these videos before going to the 6 day selection and none of them mentioned how hard it is there, you need to go there already knowing how to code. We deal with python there but knowing any other language is a bonus. The people working there help when you ask but otherwise you're on your own. They don't teach you how to code.
They structure it that way on purpose... They want people who can rise to these challenges of self learning, peer learning, projects, quizzes and still be able to communicate with other people at the same time (like the work shouldn't completely consume you)
Yes it will help you a lot to know the basics of coding. I think for now it's python and as much as it's learning from your peers you should have the mentality that it's a competition
if you have your own notes written on a book are you allowed to use them throughout the bootcamp, like when you are busy with the group project and so on ?

That it not possible dear cause you are required to be on campus for 40 hours a week. So part time wont work/ isn't allowed
