Having volunteered in the same office as Shato akka, I can relate to the way monks make us feel. It's nothing less than family and a friend at the same time. This cannot be expressed in words but has to be experienced. Can't thank Sadhguru enough for creating such individuals in 21st century.
I Laughed at the whole Paris Hilton story 🤣 Besides that, I think Swamis,Ishangas, all here are actually the "Cool", that the rest of the world shouts about(but have failed to be). Yet they are so calm, composed, and doing the best things one can ever do! Respect and respect 🙏
I am actually greatful that people around me have been extremely supportive. My boss, my team and my mentors have had so much patience with me. I feel indebted to be loving to others like them. But still, great to hear that you are getting all the necessary guidance too!
You are so right about fake empathy that corporate bosses show .. I am amazed at how quickly they say oh ok and move to work related issues like the person sharing is a machine and can quickly get out and in of the emotion they are experiencing.

My boss used to play blame game and used to talk at my back. In my stress full situations also he didnt give me mental support. Lucky that I quit the job.

I wish i am fortunate enough to b in the ashram soon, just completing inner engineering from home has transformed me so much, i can't anticipate what a physical presence in the ashram can do, may be that's when truth will unfold itself to me

Sit with him and start talking with him and then the inner wisdom and the way he so naturally answers your questions blows your mind. Thank you for these many great looks behind the scenes of what it's like working in and with the ISHA organisation. You look to have as much fun making them as they are to watch. Then, having attended an online volunteer's meet recently and gotten introduced to the various European volunteering teams - I had no idea that, what social media influencers and celebrities as wells as great personalities from the arts and sciences gets picked to converse Sadhguru in this way, by round-table brainstorming out a flutter of ideas. I get why Paris Hilton, she's a nobrainer in that regard. But actually I think, even if she turned markedly spiritual, the vast majority of her followers would just discard her as having gone eccentric and turn to some other trendy beacon of high society. So, if that's how the process which results in uploads of conversations goes - I'd like you or someone to bring the idea up of getting Sadhguru to talk to Neil deGrasse Tyson and Bill Nye. These two are both firmly anchored in science, Nye as an engineer and deGrasse as an astrophysicist, and both carries great impact as exponents for bringing common sense to the masses. At least they should be considered and I am *positive* Sadhguru would enjoy talking to them immensely - especially deGrasse; the two of them would hit it off right from the get-go. And if Paris Hilton can get the honor - if that threesome boyband busily grooming themselves while guruji increasingly talks to the camera, can get the honor - then certainly renowned scientists and public icons like deGrasse and Nye is company worth for Sadhguru to honor himself with. The staff gets paid. Look at career openings on Isha's website. Good package. Apply and they will definitely call. I have had received call 2 yrs back from Isha Coimbatore. I regret not choosing to resign from the job I had and move to Isha.
Namaskaram Please don't hate me, its just a sharing. Not all swamis or maa are like that (neither all corporate people are like that what u said) Its nice to hear ur experience working with them. But few of them are really insolent and when you work here for a while you can clearly see that tamil and non tamil people are being treated differently if you are working with lot of tamil people . You can notice it when you are a full-time here. Many times it has happened that me going through some difficulty and reporting to my head swami and how he is ignoring it so casually. Once one swami screamed also at me just because he though he was right in that situation. But it was other way. Watching such things make me feel sad and trust is broken with isha practices and some what with sadhguru as well. One good thing happened that when i reported it to the other swami who is closer to sadhguru then i got solution to my problem. But somewhat that trust was broken. There are thousand beautiful things also which happen in isha. But such things are also there. M glad ur working under amazing swamis. Pranam
