How ChatGPT can both help and hurt cybersecurity and awareness programs

If you ask ChatGPT, the new and wildly popular artificial intelligence tool, it will tell you it can help your security awareness program, providing guidance on best practices, delivering awareness programs in an engaging and interactive way, providing threat information, and more. But is ChatGPT telling the truth? This talk will look at its claims and whether you should believe and/or follow the advice given. In addition, it will include information from human experts on if it possible to use ChatGPT to assist with your program and how. This talk will tell the story of a (fictional) awareness person as they implement each of ChatGPT's instructions into their program, and what went right or wrong.
