How Morocco Secretly Controls China, India, The United States, And the World

- This is a farm in China,
This is a Mcdonalds in New York,
This is an apartment complex in Mumbai,
And this is a skyscraper in London.
What do all these have in common? Well as it turns out. All of these places' successes or failures…
Economic booms or collapses…
And even population growth or famines...
Might soon be decided by the nation of Morocco.
And probably not for the reasons that you might think. In fact, this future economic trajectory was likely decided by a tiny little creature a couple centuries ago.
This a bat. In the modern world, we view bats as things that both control insect population, as well as creatures that spread rare diseases.
But a few hundred years ago, bats were discovered to do something else. Something miraculous that would shape our world forever without most people realizing it.
In 1802, the european explorer, alexander von Humboldt, was travelling through the Peruvian lands, when he discovered something strange.
The peruvian lands did not seem like they were suitable for large scale agriculture, yet the peruvian fields were filled with lush, and healthy looking crops.
And he soon discovered, that the peruvian people had been collecting a substance called guano...which is the excretion of bats and some seabirds...and spreading it along their crops for the previous several thousand years.
So, alexander von humboldt ended up bringing this knowledge of guano significantly increasing food production, back to europe, where it would soon become of key interest to the western world.
Soon after the discovery of guano, food production boomed in the united states and europe. And all of a sudden, these western nations went from having a small but significant shortage of food, to having a massive surplus of food, which was more than enough to feed all of its citizens and then some.
In fact, guano’s impact on boosting food production became so important, that several wars were fought over guano, such as the chincha islands war of 1864 and the war of the pacific in 1879.
The united states became so enamored with guano, that it passed the guano islands act, which allowed any american citizen, to claim and annex any island that had any substantial amount of guano on it. And in fact they did lay claim to about 70 of these islands, most of which were in the pacific ocean.
You see, guano became so important to the economic, population, and industrial growth of the western world, that is became one of the most vital resources in the world.
However in 1913, fritz haber would soon discover a way to synthesize an artificial version of guano, that we today call, fertilizer.
And it was this one single event, the discovery of fertilizer, that wold go on to be known as the detonator for the population explosion of the world.
Soon, starvation in nations that used fertilizer became rare. The worlds population grew from 1.6 billion to 7.7 billion over the next 100 years. Food production and yields immediately doubled in many areas. Because of fertilizer. Nations with typically unsuitable locations to grow food like northern european countries like norway, all of a sudden were able to sustainably grow crops in more areas. And soon, every single countries economic and population growth was indirectly caused by the food surplus created from fertilizer.
In fact, it is estimated that roughly 50% of all the nitrogen in your body is directly from fertilizer that farms use to grow food.
Now, that brings us to today.
You see, all of this seems great so far. Fertilizer has allowed many countries to grow and in some cases become superpowers of the world, where nearly all of their citizens are well fed and have very little food insecurity. But in 2010, a few scientists began noticing something a little worrying.
Fertilizer, the compound that is responsible for a ton of the growth that humanity has seen over the last 2 centuries, might actually be running out.
Thats because the fertilizer that the world has used to grow, needs 3 elements. A Nitrogen based compound, a phosphate, and a potassium based compound. And 2 of which, humans cannot create from scratch. Those are phosphate and potassium, or potash.
Potash, is a non-renewable resource that is largely controlled by 4 countries. Canada is by far the world largest producer of potash, with over one third of the worlds potash coming from canada. Russia, Belarus

Hey Jack I have seen that you use India's flawed map, do use right map in your video
You are misreporting at least part of this story. Eminent geologist M. King Hubbert forecast peak conventional UNITED STATES oil (not global oil) circa 1970, and his forecast was accurate. He said forecasting the date of a global peak in conventional oil was harder because the data were not as good, but he estimated it as the year 2000. And indeed, world conventional oil production has been stuck on a rough plateau since about 2005. Unconventional oil has provided virtually all growth in oil supply since then, and nearly all of that increase in unconventional oil has been from fracking, but frackable deposits tend to peak relatively quickly. A moderate estimate puts the US fracking peak at 2025, although some petroleum geologists think it will be a bit earlier. Russia and one other country have deposits that can be fracked, but in other countries with shale rock oil the geology has difficulties that make fracking impractical. And when those conventional oil wells cannot no longer keep their production on a plateau, it is questionable whether fracking can make up the difference, and certainly cannot make it up for very long. Shale rock deposits deplete very quickly. Most conventional oil comes from a small number of giant "elephant" fields, most of them very old. The peakers got the oil story right, so we should take no comfort from extrapolating that example to phosphate rock.

Morroco's one of the most interesting countries I've ever been to. The geography alone is unique. Within 5 hours you can go from the Sahara desert and end up in a ski resort. It's an Islamic nation, but not a radical or extremist one. Also, "Morocco formally recognized the United States by signing a treaty of peace and friendship in 1786, a document that remains the longest unbroken relationship in U.S. history." Morocco's climate is very temperate, and part of the Country is on the Atlantic Ocean, and they're on the Mediterranean, too; just eight miles from Spain, and they have many wonderful beaches. Friendly people, good cuisine, and all types of interesting architecture. Yes, there's a lot of beautiful tile work. Many big budget movies are shot there as well. If you're looking for an interesting place to travel, then I would strongly recommend Morroco.
Good we can send them all of our liberals
Tunisia and Egypt are better.
I was in Egypt in 2008, and I told a person that I was traveling with that within a year or two there would be a revolution. Obviously, Egypt has an incredible history and priceless artifacts, however, it was nowhere near as interesting or pleasant as Morocco was in my opinion. Hopefully, Egypt can get its "act together" and become a Country of prominence again. Never really spent much time in Tunisia. Take care!

Don't worry we don't care about you.
I don't think they have the authority
Do you think the majority of us support (or care) about the invasion of other countries for bullshit reasons? Initially we did because of 9/11, but given the continual reconfirmation of the Patriot Act, we as citizens have virtually no say in our security or war. That is assuming we even cared in the first place, since half of us are more concerned with giving the government more power for more security and the other half is trying to maintain our dwindling freedoms that America was founded on.

As a child, I was brought up on a small farm in Europe. All "solid deposits" from the family and farm animals were processed and used as fertilisers. We bought only small quantities of natural and artificial fertilisers. The small farm made enough for the family to live and the animals to eat. Our neighbours did the same. In our vineyard, we used copper sulphate and nicotine sprays only and my grandmother had her "secret garden" from which she produced a variety of insect sprays. Today all rich human waste from millions of people in cities and farms is wasted. I am sure that if someone developed a system, it would help a lot, to return to natures' natural fertilisers, but nobody wants to get involved with that smelly thing, but they are quite happy to produce poisons to destroy the earth.
We actually do have some places in the USA that recycle our feces and urine and turn it into nitrogen ! But your right we need more people getting into this nasty job for the worlds sake . Most of our sanitation companies also have a process to turn it into fuel to run the factories processing the waste !
Yup. I agree. Atleast food waste must be utilised to make natural fertz.
So, you're all talking "Soylent Brown", eh ? Whatta movie that would be.Or maybe not.
@i am sunbody they try to patent outhouse? Why am I bothering with vector calculations! I should patent something common as well, like, I don't know a dung hill?
One problem with use of human feces or feces in general is it can lead to spread of parasites like tapeworms. As well products of sewage plants contain significant concentrations of heavy metals. What can be done then is to burn them and obtain various oxides of minerals for further processes. It is said that concentration of e.g. phosphorus should be same as in some ores.

This is one more reason why you should save and invest to secure your income and ensure your success.

The dark side of the reliance on NPK fertilizer is the slow but sure degradation of the soil, creating vast tracts of desertification. This video, perhaps unwittingly, makes a good case for the return to natural and organic farming.
Isn’t the outcome you describe more a product of soil erosion?
@@unstoppableExodia No, erosion is just combination of three things, lack of organic matter, large fields and wrong practices.
In the past only available source of minerals and nitrogen was either manure or pea crop. Both resulted into large amount of organic matter to be worked into soil. And organic matter like straw and so will take some time to decay and as well will store water, making soil heavier and harder to erode. Imagine it bit like steel we put into concrete. As well bacteria and other life in the soil consumes organic matter. Today there si very little organic matter put back in the soil as most of minerals are supplied by inorganic substances. This results into depletion of organic matter in soil and slow transition from soil to sand or clay, depending on type of soil.
@@MrToradragon great info
I highly recommend watching and listening to those practising regenerative agriculture. The Biggest Little Farm on Netflix is a great place to start.
@@MrToradragon you’re not wrong about the importance of organic matter being reinvested into soil but as I understand it industrial monoculture farming relies solely on shallow rooted crops that during harvest are pulled from the ground at which time the top soil is at risk of erosion from wind and running off from rain. Without any steps taken to prevent or restore what’s lost to erosion that topsoil of those fields will eventually be lost after many harvests. Of course it’s different with fruits and nuts harvested from trees which can remain in place over many years allowing their roots to keep the top soil fixed in place.
By no means am I arguing against the benefits of organic matter in soil, especially when compared with chemical fertilizers.

The relations between the US 🇺🇲 and Morocco 🇲🇦 are very strong. Morocco was in fact the first nation to recognize USA's independence, and the Moroccan-American friendship treaty is the oldest and one of the only few that were never broken in the US history
So yeah, things are good :)
Lol, you think that anybody cares about this friendship when you can't produce food? The US would invade you in the blink of an eye if there was no other way to get what they want.

The idea that we will lose the ability to produce mass quantities of food without synthetic fertilizers is asinine. Compost is far better and more complete than any synthetic fertilizer and can be made in infinitely scalable quantities without ever running out. You can compost any organic materials on earth and turn it into healthy soil food, that has enzymes, microorganisms , and micronutrients, as well as the three main macronutrients nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium. All of which are extremely important to soil health and therefore plant health.
These jokers want to tell us that the earth which has produced food from the beginning of existence without them and their fertiliser can't cope without their injection that's actually very recent and completely ignoring the natural science of soil health that's available and expect us to swing with their short cutting shit that brought this problems in the first place. The only shortage I see here is braincells
Bullshit, If you cant grow organic matter how are you going to compost it.
