@@DrewDayToday side note, can anyone rock the bed from the hitch causing a bump between the bed and the cab? I can hear it while driving slowly or hitting small bumps (they said it’s my rear right shock) not sure how that’s possible

Damn, glad I found this, i thought it was just when it's really cold outside, but that seems to be not the case. Wonder if we can find a TSB for this to make it easier getting it addressed at the dealer.

My raptor had the same issue ford replaced my exhaust from the cat back. One or both baffles are seized up

I ended up getting a new exhaust but no change. Do you happen to have the work order? Wondering if they changed the same parts on mine

I am in Arizona and I have the same issue. Also had number five injector go out perhaps for running cheap gas I quit doing that. Also with the chiller for my seat makes a loud sort of humming noise. Taking unit for service in a few days. Anyone else had a noisy chiller?

I had a 2018 Raptor with injector issues just after 6 months/3000 kms of use.

Thank you, I’ll swing by there.
Also another question have you experienced any pedal vibrations and steering vibrations. It’s odd but seems like to do it when cruising at speeds. You can feel feed back from pedal and it’s on both gas and brake. I am trying to see if it’s from further exhaust issue or turbo or just tires.

I was told by ford they are aware and theirs nothing they can do until ford comes up with the solution.

Yes I got a new exhaust from ford but the rattle is significantly less. Almost unnoticeable
