Looks delicious but as a life-long lover of mac and cheese (at 71 that's a long time) I'd probably think of this as a cauliflower cheese casserole. Gotta try this.

All British people just look at this and think, "we ate this at school". It is an institutional meal in the UK - we grew up with it, and mac n cheese was the foreign interloper. We just call it, "cauliflower cheese". BTW, if you want to make it better, just sprinkle some freshly made breadcrumbs on top.
Then again, why on earth would anybody buy ready-grated cheese?
