I have to agree with those saying this isn't the vibe. I love this podcast and have listened to every episode. This one seemed to just recycle the now-staid accusations of white supremacy against anyone born white (yes, that was most definitely implied strongly), as well as the promotion of obesity and what is now understood as the toxicity of "body positivity." I get that left-leaning public figures need to pay lip service to these things nowadays, but I'd hoped you wouldn't cow-tow to that since you are typically a very clear thinker. I'm not a conservative either politically or socially, but this isn't a good look and I wouldn't suggest that people like this guest are good role models for the next generation.
I'm glad I wasn't the only one!! I usually love Lucie's takes but don't know where it ends with platforming victimhood and praising vulgarity. Some things should be left private (in my opinion) and this kind of behaviour shouldn't be normalised for young girls to look up to!

Probably the worst episode so far. Some people have values and morals and don't want to support this kind of lifestyle, why must they be labelled a biggot?? Then going on and on about how she's just such a victim and using all the woke buzz words while choosing to sell her body all over the internet - loved all your other episodes (even the slightly controversial ones) but this just wasn't it. Bring back integrity & good work! 😅
Fully appreciate that not everyone is going to resonate with every guest or agree with their lifestyle - that’s the beauty of inviting on different voices! And for clarity, I’m not calling those who disagree with her bigots…I’m referring to people who leave hate speech under her content ❤
Polyamory is the belief that you can have multiple relationships/love multiple people at the same time whereas polygamous is a more patriarchal religious ideology with men marrying multiple women
