I think one of the best invest fund lean heavily on the japanese market and the return of the fund sometimes look promising

As a former engineer in Japan based plant in Malaysia, the wages is actually quite low.
For engineer, better work at the local EU based plant or better, just work directly in Japan. Most of the earnings including from overseas plant will go back straight to Japan, so why not?
Not sure what their current wages are like but it’s been stagnant for a long time so maybe this pump doesn’t feel so great haha. Western companies still probably pay more though
I think that's one of the big reasons why Japan has a room to grow. Japanese companies have been profitable for decades but the profits were sitting in the companies. It's a huge pool of money that are now pressured to be directed to employees because of labor competitions, thanks to the people like you.
Japan already not the 3rd largest economy how can it be sleeping giant?
The economy and stock markets can behave differently. Japan just got into a recession but their markets are very near all time highs 👀
