I loved how you demonstrated the blush separate and then blended. I liked the blended best, but good to know they look wonderful on their own merit. Curious about the softer vs non soft blush...do you think it has to do with the color compound itself? In any event, they are absolutely divine! Thank you Michele and hope you are having a wonderful day!
As usual, this video was exceedingly helpful. I’m very fair and I had “Night Bloom” in my Sephora cart. I love red and purple blushes on my skin, when they’re blown out and diffused. I honestly don’t think I could make this one work. Thanks for the demo! I really appreciate it;)
So sorry to hear about your vertigo Michele. I had the worst attack 6 weeks ago and had to be hospitalised. I have been told a physiotherapist may help so do let us know how you go with the chiropractor. I am getting checked out by an ENT but saw a neurologist who has put me on 10mg of allegron which is a nerve blocker which helped with the horrible heaviness and neck sensitivity. It’s a preventative; a friend has chronic vertigo and has taken allegron once every 2 days for the last 10 years.
I have Night Bloom and like it on my fair skin but I use the Flower Beauty blush brush which is very fluffy and almost duo-fiber like to give this blush an airbrush effect. Thanks for applying each one!
I finally finally want to buy the blush duos from PMGLabs so thus am here.. it seems Pat instruction for these is to put the “roses” on the contour or under the cheekbone and then the “rays” on the cheekbone. Or use it swirled of course. Colours are Gorgeous.
So glad you are feeling better. I could see how a chiropractor might be able to help, especially one that specializes in vertigo. It's so helpful to see your swatches and application. I have a hard time translating colors from brand shots. I think they look bright and beautiful.
It's just crazy to me how the product shots are so different. None of the colors in real life match the site photos. I think the web sites should be responsible for supplying accurate images. I was thinking of picking up Paradise Glow until I watched some reviews. Thank goodness I didn't - it's waaaaaaay too red for me, not the bronzy color I thought it was. :\
SO glad to see these blushes on the face! I'm not sure I could get a light enough application- so much pigment! I love PM everything though :). Thank you for showing us all of them!
When you swatched the shades I thought "Ooooh, Paradise Glow is for me! " It turned out to be as pretty on the face as I was hoping. I may get that. I've been using cream blushes mostly, but this shade makes me want to go back to a powder. Thank you for trying on these blushes, Michele.
I picked up Paradise Glow in the blush and Lunar Allure from the highlighters and I love them both. I would like one or two more of the blushes. They are all so pretty!
Hi. Michelle the blushes are amazing so much pigment the eyeshadow palette is pretty & the highlighter looks fabulous see you in the next one hopefully you’ll feel better very soon 🌺🌸🌼
Paradise Glow looks so pretty and the highlight in Lunar Allure looks very nice once you buffed it out a bit. I’m too heavy handed every time I try to use highlighter so probably not for me. But thank you for your thorough review and walking us through the pros and cons.
The only deep purple blush I own is from Wayne Goss and I love it. I have to apply it with a wispy blush brush. I have all kinds of blush brushes and I use an inexpensive blush brush from Flower Beauty on pigmented blushes. The Patrick Ta blush palette is another pigmented blush.
Elegantly done. I'm a deep chocolate color, not quite dark chocolate not quite milk chocolate, right in the middle ☺😋I love your reviews on these products and has given me the insight I needed. Thank you sis!
Seems like the Wayne Goss Edit Collection brushes would be perfect with the darker blushes. That’s what I use with my more pigmented blushes from Viseart. Thanks for your thorough review!!
I’m happy you are getting help for your stuff -I hope it makes you feel, better !! I love the Pat blushes I have but they don’t scream to me. They swatches are making me want. But I do have to shop smart. I’m a blush person, that in me, wants to buy them all for her blushes I switch to a synthetic brush too (maybe try?)
I'm so happy for you that you are feeling so much better from vertigo😊 Appreciate you ❤️ for applying all the blushes on the cheeks Michele you are amazing ❤❤
Thanks, once again, for all the swatching and testing! I bought a Pat McGrath blush (Divine Rose) because of your recommendation, and I might try one of these duo shades, too. Yes, I think Paradise Glow is very pretty on you. But, night bloom is such a beautiful color... maybe for an evening ... Anyway, you look great in all the shade!
I’m sorry you weren’t feeling well. Could be an inner ear issue. Have them try the Epley Maneuver on you for vertigo. Sounds weird but it works on a lot of patients, I promise lol. Feel better soon!
I’m so glad you reviewed these blushes. I love how you tried each of them separately on one cheek and then mixed on the other cheek. I really like the coral and the last one but they are all beautiful!! I wasn’t going to pick any of them up thinking I have too many blushes already but you may have changed my mind. Thanks! 😊❤️
I ordered the trio from her website at launch with Venusian Sunrise, Divine Rose II, and Aphrodite Amour. (Original Fleurtatious is my all time fave blush, I’m fair/light neutral). V. Sunrise is a dupe for the popular Dior Rosy Glow on my skin tone. Yes, I wore one on each cheek. 😂 I really like it, but I already have the Dior. The D. Rose was too pink for me. I liked Aphrodite Amour, but it was nothing special for the price. The formula for these is different than the original, imho. I returned them and will get more of the “original” formula when I find a good sale.
I bought Paradise Glow; it is stunning 🤩 I also have the Electric Bloom single and had a similar blending issue to yours w/Night Bloom in the beginning. Now it blends fine. All the duos are beautiful on you!
I thought the 2nd to lighted highlighter was Venus Nectar as well but it's not. The 2nd lightest is golden moonlight or something along those lines, that's the one i got. I'm the same skin color as u and thought lunar allure would be to light. The moonlight highlight is perfect for me it truly is a pale champagne gold. Plus it's not a repeat either.
Thank you for featuring these blushes and the highlighter. I also prefer the terracotta blush on you - reminds me of the Chanel blush from a few months ago (it was special edition and also terracotta). Lunar Allure! Nice and finally a good highlighter for fair skin tones! I want one of the blush duos and the highlighter but not a single piece from this new launch is available at Sephora Canada (I hope it’s just a matter of time). (I refuse to buy from the PML website because I have had bad luck with PML’s shipping.)
Michelle, any comment on longevity of this range? I've not yet invested in PMcG blushes b/c I wonder how long they last...powder blushes never seem to last on me.
After I put down my concealer and foundation I always set my face with powder before going on top with a powder blush. I’ve never had a problem blending out the Pat McGrath blushes, so that might be the key…..
@@TheMicheleWang ugh!! That’s not it then?? I do use a squirrel hair brush with the PM blushes, since they are SOOOO pigmented, but you tried that with one application. Maybe it’s just that I use a more matifying setting powder? I generally use the IT bye bye pores or the Lancôme no shine.
So happy that you’ve found a chiropractor and wish you the best in resolving the Vertigo! These blushes are hitting social media big time, so thanks for weighing in! I always look for your opinion before I purchase ANY new cosmetic! 😎
Thanks for the review Michele on these blushes. I don't have these or the original singles but I do have the Bridgerton releases and also a face palette from Christmas time and I haven't found to have the issue you clearly do. It got me thinking - have you tried using a synthetic brush rather than natural hair to apply because that's what I use. Maybe these brushes aren't suited to natural hair brush application.
Happy to hear that your vertigo is better. Thanks to your reviews because I just don’t trust Pat’s site’s photos (they really look like different blushes)! I will be picking up Aphrodite Amour and Paradise Glow.
Of course the last and more neutral blush duo would be your favorite! 🤣 But I have NEVER seen any makeup that hasn’t looked gorgeous on you! I also liked the first and last of the blush duos, and I like the effect of the two colors swirled together. If I purchased any, those are the two I would get. But I’m a NARSisist! 😁 I have 6 NARS blushes and their Laguna Bronzer and on my olive complexion I love Taj Mahal (have to use a light hand) and Gina this time of year. Thanks for another great and informative video!
Blended was better for me but lovely to see the colours separately. I even liked the outrageously strong colours on you - you suit them all and can carry a decent amount of blush on your cheeks. They look gorgeous - perhaps some setting/finishing powder would help to offset the strength of some of those shades and buffed in with your Sonia G - I reckon they all could work with that treatment imho. Lovely on you though xx
I saw yesterday’s vlog (thank you for so much content lately) and heard you talking about your allergies and the accompanying issues. I am sorry that is happening! I live in SLC and have also been having a bad time with allergies. I started taking liposomal vitamin C and have noticed a lessening of inflammation. It may be in my head but it is essentially harmless and may also have some skin benefits. There are some legit studies that support vitamin c for inflammation and liposomal vitamin c as a superior delivery. Fingers crossed for good results with the chiropractor!
The glow of the blushes are beautiful, but the blending is a bit intimidating. I immediately saw your eyeshadow and checked to see what you were wearing. It’s so pretty and I’m definitely purchasing.
Hi Michele, I enjoy all your videos and content so much! For such kind of blush wherein blending is difficult, you can try adding-n-blend a bit of primer on your cheeks first and then apply the blush. I hope this works for you 😊 Regards, Nrupal.
Sometimes feeling sensitive to lights/lighting can be a sign of migraines, also there are several different types of migraines, including vestibular migraines, which can cause vertigo (with and without heachache)
Hi Michele. doctor weighing in, I recommend you see your primary doctor about your recurrence of vertigo and discuss that a little more with them before you get any adjustments done. I am a big fan of vestibular rehab but your doc might want to do some tests. In the meantime if it comes back, if worsening symptoms, vision changes, and/or difficulty walking you will want to go straight to the ER.
Why am I loving the blushes so much better combined together. Definitely gives us options to play with. But I see what I think was meant to be done with, in my opinion. I laughed so hard when you said you gave yourself “Clown Cheeks”. It’s something we all do more often than not. And buffing out with a formulated product as this is a little more difficult. 🤭
I totally agree with your observation about the stickiness of the original PML blush formula. I actually ordered the Surrat blush brush so I could pick up the tiniest amount to apply. In the end they do last all day but I’ll pass on these and hope Pat decides to put out the Bridgerton formula either in singles OR a more compact/ friendlier -in -size component.
As I'm a cream product user, these don't appeal to me at all. The shades are very pretty though - nothing like the pics depicted by PM!!! I'd love her to create cream face products, that would be awesome. Much love 💜💜💜
Maybe if u defused it in the palm of ur hand first, maybe it will help? Love ur videos PS my allergies have been Very bad, dizzy, runny nose, eyes, etc.. Iam on two meds and then had to take Sudafed. But Iam still not 100% . I live in Maine.. it’s bad this year pollen.. I hope u feel better soon.. I wish I lived by u, lol so maybe we could be friends,, so I could try all the beautiful makeup, u don’t want.. lol just a dream!!
I’m fair skinned and I LOVE a red blush. Nars exhibit A is so life giving!
same. I saw it on Michelle, then saw it in the shop, tried it on and it was love at first sight!
McGrath's blush duos are long-lasting. After ten hours, the blush was still glowing strong. Amazing stuff.

Yep your favorite is the one I would like to order. It looks beautiful!
Fantastic video Michele Gill 🇬🇧 xoxo
So glad you are feeling better. I could see how a chiropractor might be able to help, especially one that specializes in vertigo. It's so helpful to see your swatches and application. I have a hard time translating colors from brand shots. I think they look bright and beautiful.
Thank you for this! Please try the last one on Pat's site, Venetian sunrise. It has a lilac color I think would look beautiful on you.
Venetian Sunrise was my favorite and that is the one I purchased. It has just the right amount of pigment. I am fair skin with a pink undertone.
Paradise glow isn’t red at all. I own it.
Paradise Glow isn’t red at all. I am not sure what you’re talking about.
SO glad to see these blushes on the face! I'm not sure I could get a light enough application- so much pigment! I love PM everything though :). Thank you for showing us all of them!
Only got the single blush in the palette for Bridgerton part one. Want to get more it’s so good
When you swatched the shades I thought "Ooooh, Paradise Glow is for me! " It turned out to be as pretty on the face as I was hoping. I may get that. I've been using cream blushes mostly, but this shade makes me want to go back to a powder. Thank you for trying on these blushes, Michele.
I’m eyeing night bloom but I only wear cream blush and I don’t want to get it if I’m not going to use it :/
I picked up Paradise Glow in the blush and Lunar Allure from the highlighters and I love them both. I would like one or two more of the blushes. They are all so pretty!
The red and purple one would look fantastic on deeper skin tones x
They are so pigmented and pretty. Definitely Paradise glow is the one for you❤️
Hi. Michelle the blushes are amazing so much pigment the eyeshadow palette is pretty

I think your video’s are great ,how many blend brushes do you have ?
Thanks - great to see the full range!
Hi Michele! Great to hear your health is getting better. Vertigo is no joke!

I'm so happy for you that you are feeling so much better from vertigo😊 Appreciate you ❤️ for applying all the blushes on the cheeks Michele you are amazing ❤❤
Ahhhhhh Michelle, I’ve been waiting for someone to use the Paradise Glow because I felt so drawn to it. Gorgeous!!!
Thanks, once again, for all the swatching and testing! I bought a Pat McGrath blush (Divine Rose) because of your recommendation, and I might try one of these duo shades, too. I gotta get Paradise Glow today!!!! Great video
Thank you for this video ♥️
I wish Venusian sunrise wasn’t exclusive to the PML site.
🙏🏻🙏🏻
Oooh liking Paradise Glow!
Thanks for these awesome swatches as always, Michele. I hope you’re feeling better soon. 💜

I’m so curious on these 💕💕💕
Divine Rose II WOOOOOOOW 🤩🤩🌹
❤️❤️❤️
before you even said that the last duo was your favorite, all i could think was “wow that’s so her color”

You're missing a color that's on pats site Venusian Sunrise, I believe.
You are missing one more shade “Venusian Sunrise” on pats site there are 6
Maybe try rubbing the blush onto your hand before going onto the face? Maybe that would distribute the pigment more evenly in the bristles.... ?
Anyone know if sephora canada online is going to carry these? They oddly aren't listed at the time of watching this.
Best of luck 🤞 with the chiropractor Michele. That Cosmic Coral 🪸 was beautiful 😍 on you.

I do that on the second cheek. But you can do whatever you want.

I find the sounds of your top’s fabric rubbing together is very distracting.😂
Paradise Glow, hmmmmm 🥹. It’s beautiful!!!
