I really like how the "askers" are utilized in this story. We aren't just people learning about Gaster, we seem to be other beings with power so great that we can override his initial response to leave the void. He even feels us following him and our continued whispers seem to be overwhelming at times.
So far, the asks have been friendly, what happens when unfriendly ones pop in.
Let's hope someone unfriendly doesn't come around

To Dr. Gaster:
I know you have a lot of questions right now, so I thought that I'd clear up a few things. The black pit that you find yourself in is dubbed "The Void." Essentially, if you're in the Void, you technically don't exist. Neither does any memory having to do with you past an odd sense of deja vu. While in the Void, you can see the world you came from as well as other versions of yourself. If I'm remembering correctly, there's a grey door in Waterfall that connects the Void with your world. However, I don't know how you can access it without someone opening it from the outside. So until you can get out, here's a cat to keep you company! *cat spawns in front of Gaster*

Question for Gaster: Do you ever feel like your experiments are a bit too dangerous? Extracting determination is one thing but from your recent involvement with the core, It just sounds like the whole environment is a disaster waiting to happen.

Have you considered talking to these other versions of yourself in the dreams? You might get something out of it, like where you’re at, what’s going on. Maybe it’ll help expand the knowledge that you have there.
Another thing, have you considered the multiverse? The idea of multiple realities? Myself and your assistant (I know who you’re talking about, she seemed like a depiction of a dinosaur, but her name escapes me) have theorized the idea that some of the fiction we watch (like your assistant’s anime series) is real in another world.
Anyways, here’s something for the trouble *leaves a bag of a McDonalds meal with a drink*, some food from the modern surface, and a gift. *Leaves a laptop with a CD marked in sharpie “Undertale”

Gaster, have you ever studied or thought of studying demons? Also here's some facts about them: Demons come in many shapes and sizes, some are beautiful, some are terrifying and disturbing. There are multiple species and types of demon(obviously)some were born in hell or the underworld(Hellborns), many others used to be alive but were sent to hell as a sort of punishment for their past actions(sinners) etc. And, Hell is a surprisingly nice place! (As long as you avoid most of the sinners...) When you figure out how to escape you should totally visit us here! (Oh yeah, forgot to mention that I'm from hell!)

1: In regards to asks in general, it would be best to think of us as 5D entities (using the temporal model; not the spatial model).
2: Sans may wave 1 attack and 1 defense, but he dodges every attack thrown at him, and he does one damage… per millisecond, using Gaster Blasters, bones, gravity breaking, and moving platforms.
3: Your sons don’t remember you because after you “fell into your own creation” you were “shattered across time and space” meaning no-one except most Sans AUs can remember you.
1st Question for Gaster: If sans and papyrus are you sons, then were is your wife/partner? I've never seen them with your sons.
2nd Question: And...have you ever heard of a human named "Frisk"?, Their sheer determination, ability to instantly and infinitely revive themselves after death and ability to (I think) absorb monster SOULS to become stronger is quite fascinating, perhaps it's something you'd be interested in?
To W.D Gaster: (I mean, who else would I ask?) What would you do when or if you could accumulate enough souls to get to the surface? (Theoretically since you are kinda trapped somewhere)Would you immediately go into battle with humans, or leave them alone?
Gaster, this may have already been asked, but why are your eyes tearing up in most of the asks? Is it stress? If so, I wouldn't blame you, it sounds like it would be difficult to be the royal scientist.

Question for Gaster: Have you heard of the SCP Foundation?
Dear Gaster: I'd like to know, what was the plan after breaking the barrier? Your military might is too low to start a war with the humans who were in the millions then and in the billions now and if you tried to make peace then as the weaker party the monsters might be exploited or given unfair terms. So did you or Asgore have a plan for what came after? Because depending on the situation it might be better if you stayed in the underground.
On a side note did you know that Sans has figured out how to use the Balsters effect of extra damage to enemies with more Levels of Violence with his normal bone attacks? How do you think he did it?
He's also used this to kill a human several times so... yeah I'd say he's pretty strong at least for a monster's standards.

You've been erased from existence. You are currently in a place simply called The Void. In most universes, this event was caused by falling into the CORE. Any idea why this would have such an effect? If you find the cause, perhaps you can reverse the effects.
And to help stave off the boredom of being trapped in nothingness, here. Who knows, perhaps it will contain something that will help you. *A computer with a large USB hard drive labeled "SCP Foundation Archive" plugged into it appear* Hopefully, you've had some experience with tech like this before. If not ... *a booklet labeled "Computer Usage Manual" appears on the computer*
for gaster: I want to tell you something. so that thing you saw... sans and papyrus NOT being worried about you is because you weren't just sent to the void... but all of your traces were lost, including all of the memories about you from everyone. which is really bad. but I want to ask you something too, I want to find out what kind of void you're in. so while you were running in the void, did it feel like you were just moving your legs but not going anywhere?

(Edit: I know some people won't understand this so allow me to elaborate, in Deltarune there is a secret "Crimson Tree" room in chapter 2 where you can talk to a "Mysterious man" behind a tree who gives you an Egg apon talking to him, said Egg can be used later on in the game for a bonus interaction. (About 2-3 of em I think) Anyway it's heavily presumed the one with the Junk Noise on the phone & the person who gives you the Egg is Dr. W.D Gaster.

Its not that they don't care and you've done nothing (that I know of) to deserve such fate. They forgot you. They forgot your existence. After an experiment gone wrong (we _all_ know the one) and you falling into the void, you were wiped from everyone's memories. Unless...hm...
...Sans may be the only one to remember you. You can try your luck but I don't know how successful you'll be. You may want to consider leaving behind messages. Think of it as you being a higher power (god, angel, etc.) watching over many dimensions (they exist, trust me. Alphys was right.) and each dimension "vibrates" at different frequencies. All you need to do is find the frequency of _your_ dimension and leave behind anything you can for Sans to find you. As for your stalking comment, yes and no. Here...

1. What happened with your umm...... head? Skull? I don't really know but it's something your face.
2. I know the feeling of being forgotten or trapped in something you............... can't...... somewhat escape. But how long are you stuck in the void? If months then it's recent, years then you are there still finding a way out, centuries then you really are trapped in something you can't escape like some people are but not something like the void.
3. Are you aware that there is a chance that you can be stuck in there........... Forever? If not,.......... then you really have a strong determination to escape the void you are in.

Hi there! I’m a big fan and just wanted to start off by saying that I think you’re so cool!
Also, sorry for worrying you but, have you ever considered that what might be seconds to you from, I’m guessing the void?- could be years for sans, papyrus, asgore and everyone else? That could explain why they don’t look worried, that or, maybe you being stuck in the void also effects the others, possibly altering their memories with you, some kind of magic that’s making them forget you?
