I totally loved how not one person changed as they grew up, Zoey still indecisive, Chase still running into things (nice callback), Quinn still a super smart, Logan still overthinks, & Michael still the hype man
This movie brought me closure, Z101 was such a beloved series & I'd definitely watch a grown-up version of the series

Yes. Chase running into something and hurting his nose was a nice callback to the original series when Chase first met Zoey.

It’s 15 years. Mannerisms and characteristics don’t change. You do age and grow but you’ll always be you.
I'm just like Sean Flynn especially from the original show running into things sometimes
It would have been nice to see Dustin and Lola as well. Zoey seemed to be doing well but she really did miss Chase. Also Quinn is still the same genius and Logan is still a bit much, so we can say he hasn’t changed much
I feel the same way as you. When I first heard about Victoria and Paul’s absences from this reboot, I felt a little bit disappointed 😢

Only thing i wanted in the movie that we didnt get to see was a longer bro moment between chase & Michael. In the show whenever chase is in need of someone to talk to or just seemed off Michael was always there to talk to him about zoey or whatever. They also had the longest relationship out of any of them which started before the show in 6th grade. I think they deserved a 5 minute scene of michae telling chase this is your time to make zoey fall in love again! Still loved the movie!

Jamie's hair looked much better on Zoey 101 than how it does now. Her hair looks a lot better when it's darker tones with blonde highlights rather than just all bleach blonde

I'm sorry but Jamie being part of Britney's concervatoriship and helping keep her there while she enjoyed Britney's beach house. I am NOT looking at Jamie the same way again and cannot watch this movie.

Jamie Lynn did tease another Zoey project and so did the director of this film. So I think if there's another one it could be a high possibility of a wedding for Zoey and Chase this time!!

He was never friendzoned by Zoey. Zoey always thought Chase just wanted to be friends and was scared to tell her how he felt. Plus did you not see in the movie after Chase saying "but everyone knew I had a thing for her" and Zoey says "but no one knew I had a thing for him". She was just better at hiding it than he was
after all these years, they are all still a top-notch actor.
