My cup volume = 200 ml
Ingredients (4-5 servings 🍝):
300 g (10.5 oz) spaghetti,
Cook al dente
30 g (1 oz / 1 tbsp) butter
1 onion, finely chopped
1 head of broccoli, remove the stem
10 mushrooms, diced
300 g (1 1/2 cup) fat cream
salt pepper
3-4 cloves of garlic, minced
70 g mozzarella, grated
Pasta water
✅ Pasta water for a smoother sauce
✅ Serve as soon as you mix the sauce with pasta!

Que tiempo cocinas la salsa y que fuerza tiene la llama de la cocina?
Regulo constantemente el fuego debajo de la sartén, cuando dejo que la salsa hierva a fuego lento, luego a fuego lento durante 5-7 minutos.
