The last gasp of Pluto in Capricorn has been pretty intense lately. I just keep taking deep breaths reminding myself not to take anything too seriously and keep my head down and not react. As an Aquarius, I’m especially excited for the upcoming changes in planetary energies 😁.

Noticing the contrast between the external chaos and my internal peace, for me is seen as emotional control. Having done SO MUCH shadow work in the last decade, and recent ramped up effort to clear the "spiritual remnants" (i.e., revisiting and reassuring my inner child that the outer chaos is not hers to carry.) I have all these life "data points" like immeasurable fatigue, indescribable "senses of knowing, gut feelings, or just being able to jump into a project or unfamiliar situation and just have it flow. I seriously feel like I'm losing my mind, being "aware of my connection to source" in the current world feels like so much like surely my brain is broken. But it is "broken" if we look at it from the past perspective. It's not functioning the same at all. It's functioning better. My body is finally catching up, slowly. My eyes are seeing color different, my ears hear differently, my middle-aged out-of-shape body is shedding weight (also on weight-loss meds though,) and feeling powerful again after a downhill decade or 2.
Dear Ginette, thank you for the work you do! ❤ our house burnt down (mostly) Friday night, thankfully we were not home. Our dear pets died. This update is giving me chills. I’ll be listening at least twice.❤❤❤
I am so, so sorry this happened. I have neighbors who lost their home to a fire a few months ago. I know how life changing that can be. And you have my most sincere condolences on the loss of your pets. 💐
