Great video. I just sold my Coventry City away shirt from 1993, for £170 on eBay last night. George Boateng, back @ Coventry as a coach, absolute legend.
Great video! Would love to check that market out. The Galatasary shirt especially with the nameset is awesome - would have thought there would be a lot more money in that than 40 euro but personally I would definitely keep that. The Bordeoux shirt is also great & again i would have thought there would be some decent money in it given they are now no longer a professional club!
True, I was quite surprised myself. But on the other hand those sellers had to make some money to break even for their stand or maybe didn't know the "true" vallue of the shirts. Either way I'm not complaining.
No me neither, but there where like 500-700 stands and a lot of "proffecional" (vintage) sellers. It's called the IJ-hallen and this outdoors market is like 2-3 times a year.
With some you can tell by the way they look and feel. For others I checkout the productcodes and stylenumbers in the shirts (I made some video's about how you can do that, but there are other vieeo's about this subject too). For older shirts I try to compare pictures. The more you do it the better and faster you become.
@jorysfootballshirtcollection thank you I will definitely check it out. We don't sell a crazy amount of football shirts be still a decent number over the year
If you’re interested in any other shirts you saw in this video,
send me a DM on Instagram and we can work something out!

Very good hual
Looked like a great selection of shirts there, wouldn't expect to see many shirts at a flea market, if you dont mind what is the market called?

The times I went to this market I always saw atleast 1 person with racks and racks full of shirts
Mental! Woking, my hometown club. How has that ended up in Amsterdam!? 😅
I don't know. It was a vintage store from Sweden selling it as wel, to make the story even stranger 🤣
How do you spot the the fakes shirts when looking though them at the market. Some are obvious but not them all
