Good stuff! I make scrambled eggs because, well, I lack technique. But i do tend to load them with ingredients to make up for that. Usually some ham, bell peppers, cheese, onions, tomatoes... and now sour cream. Jessica, you are so awesome in the kitchen!
I cannot wait to add the secret ingredient of sour cream the next time I make scrambled eggs. Usually I add milk to the mixture before pouring it into the pan, but I never thought to mix one of my favorite food toppings into egg mix let alone while they're cooking!!
Very interesting - I've never thought of adding sour cream. Could you still add something such as pesto or salsa verde during the cooking process, or would the sour cream work negatively with such ingredients?

Sounds delicious! I like how you just crack the egg on the counter, I have to do it with a fork.
if no one wants to eat your eggs just put a plunger to thier mouth and say listen you can eat this or you can try my eggs it's your choice!
