She looked gorgeous before when her hair was natural, and afterwards when it was coloured, because she has gorgeous hair. Plus her skin tone is beautiful, she has such twinkly eyes and a big bright smile, so all together she's a knock out! You go girl!
You need to find a new stylist!! Unfortunately there’s not much taught in cosmo school on how to cut curly hair, just how to cut straight hair which is crazy because soo many people have curly hair!!!
Unfortunately that's why you need to find a place that specializes in your hair type. Some people are better at color, treatments, cuts etc. When you tell someone your hair is naturally curly they should automatically cut dry first small trim then after its dried go back in because everyone's curl pattern is different. I wish I knew that growing up because my hair would be much longer. When it's cut straightened to boot all my curls will fall out of place and chunks become severely dry and break off.
Im not a stylist but I believe a stylist should actually have a proper consultation on how you normally where wear your hair and what you want , like e.g if your natural but wear your hair straight all the time then cut it straighten ,if its curly all the time then cut it curly. I'm drawn to stylists who really listens, understands and incorporate a bit of their style and knowledge with what I want
@@ashlouw5350 - I was a stylist and that’s the first thing that should be done during and appointment. The consultation is how you figure out your clients needs and wants in order to give them a good service!!
Bleaching creates some damage but looks like in this case her hair wasn’t fried. She should wait a year before she bleaches again or her hair will be less curly.
I loved how her hair looked in the before (big and frizzy and wild) and in the after (smooth, defined curls and beautiful color) That shade of blonde goes so good with her coloring and looks soo pretty!! And most importantly she seems to absolutely love it which is what matters most! 😊
At last i see someone that dyes her natural and doesn't blows out her hair, before u had a beautiful hair now it looks even better, color turned out really good, wait for the 2nd day your hair its going to look bigger, luv it💕
So no one’s gonna say how she looks like a black Iggy Azalea? Istg they could be twins (pre surgery for Iggy- no shade). I love the shade of blonde they went with 😍
My thoughts exactly. Beautiful color but something clashes a bit with her undertones. I was expecting more dimension in the color. She needs some honey in there
This colourist is amazing! She really did what she said on the consultation, maximum blonde with little dimensions. And the model skin tone is much enhanced after the colour, fresher, brighter skin. Really really love the outcome
I don't know if the camera didn't pick the color correctly but I think a warmer blonde would look better on her skin tone. This does not look honey blonde to me.
Colour and curls are amazing but I'm not too wild about the styling. Still, they did an overall great job and I'd definitely visit the salon given the chance!
@@karismalynn8694 I'd really love it if the series would incorporate how the ladies maintained their styles or even how they looked like once they washed their hair and styled it themselves. With some of the restylings I kept thinking that they'll never get the same results at home because they required quite extensive styling.
Yeah I assume that's because she's got lots of definition and the trade off with that usually there's less volume. But this is just day one hair. The curls with volumize on their own over the next two or three days
I just recently went back to curly hair and it’s crazy how much the styles and cuts have changed for the better. When I heard they were only teaching hairdressers how to cut straight white people hair, I was beyond disappointed. Why isn’t every hair texture taught? You literally pay for classes to learn all about cutting hair! There needs to be Asian hair included, African hair, extremely curly hair and so on. It shouldn’t be an additional course a stylist needs to take and pay for. I certainly hope upcoming stylists are going to be taught how to work with all types of hair. That should be happening everywhere. Some places are different but for the most part, the books may touch on other hair types, but they don’t go into detail. Those who get that knowledge can be much better stylists and have more opportunities. I appreciate that she was given a specialist in curly hair because they did a great job!
No wonder why her mom wasn’t surprised! She’d been keeping up with the whole process 😂 Nicole is gorgeous! 😍😍😍 her hair turned out great! I was imagining a different shade of blonde but I like it! It def looks good. Also, they did their thing with the curl definition! I hope she’s able to keep it up! 😍😍😍 Kinky-Curly brand products help level up my curls & gives me so much curl definition!
When will you guys have someone with 4c hair. Like super kinky. Or like a new braid style, or someone who’s never had braids. Who cares about skin color. I am curious what y’all can come up with. Plz 😘
@@martinmetodiev9874 yes it’s important. But I like to see people of all colors try different hairstyles. I think that would be cool. But hey what do I know 🤷🏾♀️
Her hair is so pretty. Its so expensive to do hair at times. I think a lot of women would love to do more with their hair but can't due to money. But its always nice to see women get their hair done!

I love how her hair was taken care of during the entire process!! She looks amazing!!
Indeeeeeeed. I was about to say that. They gave it some love 😊💜
@@marthajohnson3250 they definitely did!
i love her stylist because she didn’t straighten her hair to cut it. like most stylist do and my hair is always uneven when they do that

I got my first good curly cut and my Jaír looks so good curly. I blew it out and it’s so uneven lol. Guess I’m stuck with my gorgeous curls now.
love to see a dedicated colourist for blonde AND a stylist for the curls!
That shade of blonde looks incredible on her!
this transformation was just amazing. the colorist and stylist really did a great job!
I love that the stylist brought in a curly hair expert. I was worried, but it’s great when ppl reach out for help.
Got worried when she started teasing the hair up but they both did a really good job! Her hair looks really good!!!
It looks scary! We have specific techniques to make sure the hair is taken care of so there is no damage
The teasing is a so some hair stay dark to creat dimension. But teasing is always scary and brushing it out after is even worse
Bleaching creates some damage but looks like in this case her hair wasn’t fried. She should wait a year before she bleaches again or her hair will be less curly.
Haha, I think everyone with curly hair held their breath during the teasing and brushing part. Lol
Same here!
These end results are getting better and better! 😍

they did an amazing job defining and styling her curls!
they knew what they were doing!! beautiful color end result!

Wow!!! It turned out better than I expected!! The coloring and styling was perfect!
Such gorgeous curls 🤩

The dream team! Her hair looks amazing! The stylist and colorist handled her with so much care. Love the end results 💕
These ladies are so talented 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾 I honestly wasn’t expecting it to turn out so good.
As a fellow stylist, this is beautiful. My absolute favorite before and after out of all the ones I've watched. Kudos to the 2 of you.
5:05 Twinning!. That woman styling her curls looks so much like the older version of the girl being styled.
You can tell she loved her hair! I’m so happy for her ☺️
This is the best transformation that I have ever seen on refinery

It’s not shade when it’s the truth 🙄
Lmao. Igloo Australia is a wannabe black woman clone. So, in reality, she is copying the girl on this video.
@@itsniquenique45 "Igloo Australia" LMFAO
She also reminds me of Cardi B, maybe its her eyes!
Yeah right!
The volume and overall healthy look of her hair 😍
Warm tones they said? What I can see the result is very cool toned. I liked her "brassy" tones more on her skin tone.
My thoughts exactly. Beautiful color but something clashes a bit with her undertones. I was expecting more dimension in the color. She needs some honey in there
I totally agree
yes! it's a little too ashy for her complexion.. the depth she had before looked better on her.. this ages her just a lil bit..
I totally agree. I didn’t see any warm tones at the end and I actually thought the end haircut looked too choppy.
That's right but I also like the cool tone on her
this is easily the best final product out of any of these videos. she's so pretty and those stylists are incredible

Omg!!!! I’m so glad they found better stylists!!!!!! This is how you do it!!! Good job, she looks amazing!!!
Nichole’s hair looks amazing! She got a whole mew head of hair. The salon really made her hair look its best.
I kept waiting for them to finish the color, didn't realise it was done lol. The curls are bomb though!
agree, her curls look great.. color is okay, but I was expecting something warmer.. honey gold..

Beautiful women and stunning end result!! The two hair dressers were super nice and professional. Love this transformation!!
Hmm 🤔 it looks just like the curl stylists hair color. I def expected warmer color. Long as she’s happy 🤷🏼♀️
Was thinking the same thing
It does look like felicity’s color! Was a bit warmer and blonder in person but we were really happy with it. She pulls off so many hair colors!
She is rocking that cut and color.
WOW !healthy curls is a lot of work !! Her blond tone could be more warmer, like more golden
We wanted to stay bright but I’m person looked much warmer!
WOW!
It turned out nice.
I like the BLEND and how it's not OVERLY Blonde.
It's like a combination of CARAMEL and BUTTER.
Those curls are bouncy and healthy. The color is perfect. 🤍
