Awesome. I just became a BSA for a Power Company here in my local market. I am struggling a bit because the project that I'm on, was placed on hold and was started multiple months before my arrival. Do you have any suggestions you can lend especially considering this being an Agile Scrum methodology with a cross- functional team? Too, they expect me to work on several projects simultaneously.

In agile, since things are constantly moving it is important to have a constant working model of how everything relates so you are prepared when things need to change.
