I think in India their is need to regulate the private sector in India if we see government sector in India their are rules for everything like work hours and leaves and also other benifits but in private sector in India their are no such rules of some rules are their then they are not implemented perfectly and this is the reason why people in India are so desperate about government jobs so I think Government need to make same rules for private sector as they are for government sector 🙏
