Post Carona (Covid-19), - one needs to approach life Creatively and with Speed! And to improve Creative Ability, one needs to develop Regularity in Creativity! Not following Rules but playing appropriate Roles is the need of the hour. Our bringing up conforms most and thus, creativity is stifled. It is important that the team builds an atmosphere where creativity is promoted with the slogan: Either Innovate, Renovate or Create... Simply let Ideas generate and germinate!
