Actually, I'm an aspiring writer. I wanted to make webcomics, but since I didn't have any tools and I was unable to draw with just my phone, I shifted to writing only and omitted the drawing part. Now I can use it to practice and try webcomics again.

I am also a animator bro use xp 3409 graphic tablet or a Skyler I have no tablet Skyler but I have a phone and a pc I connect my pc with mobile screen share and I took a pen and use rubber ball and I use to draw in phone like a graphic tablet and the results show in pc
For newcomers get the huion hs64 for around 2400, and hs610(~10"x6.25) for 4200

Hi ! , I'm a 2D animator( beginner) and i think buy a New samsung galaxy tab for 2D animation. Is it good for 2D animation?
Samsung tab s6 lite but agar budget extended kar paya to ek pc ya laptop or sath ma 3,000 ka graphics tab la lena agar nhi possible ho to second hand but acha pc la lena agar 2nd hand lo ga to usma i5 8gen ya i3 10th gen, 8gb ram or "SSD" type storage lena agar ya bhi possible na ho to Samsung tab s6 lite he la lean or koi mut lena because wo rs. 300 wala styles acha nhi hota hai wo jo Amazon pa milta hai

Use the anime studio method draw your frames in paper and trace in pc use adobe animate / clipstudio
And try to buy any cheapest graphic tab approx $35 to $40 like HUION Inspiroy H640P
And I suggest you do practice daily
1 - 2 hr drawing practice,
And start Animation practice with start
