I have only recently discovered this channel! great content for character artists! on this video, totally agree, before as a young-in, I could go hard and hyperfocus for 8-12 hours..but now with family, job, etc time management is so crucial since I no longer have those 8-12 hours to go hard!
I don't know why my channel was not promoted more. I stopped making videos but I am thinking to get back to it again. Just need to figure out what to talk about or what type of videos to make.
I'm working on this again, recently got married and make sure that I spend a few hours creating, don't browse Facebook or social media during this. And jazz helps ☺️. Unfortunately, I work a day job that takes up my creative time so it's imperative to get my art time in
Nice another collab! You guys are epic artists, and very inspirational :D Im trying to make a daily 3d art, im using unreal engine and a other software and now im just doing crazy comps and getting lots of nice screenshots then I do some post in Ps so I get lots of intresting images from one scene instead of just one final render, im trying to explore ideas and if something really nice comes out then I render and go deeper :) Thanks for this very valuable info
Let's get some virtual production going in your channel, ohh yeah, love your real backgrounds as well, Its very intresting to see another artist workstation but a small green screen or proyection mapping could be amazing to diferenciate yourself even more
Hello, what do you think about putting LOFI beats..Music in the background then do sculpting? i also put podcasts on while sculpting. will it divert my concentration? Do i make a habbit to just sculpt without turning on any background music or podcast on ?
Personally when I focus 100%, I don’t have anything distracting but you can’t focus more than a fee hours a day because it takes so much energy. When I am chill, I just listen to audio books or any topic that I am interested in, in the moment.
Does this righteous man work 2 hours a day, or does he mean he works normal job + 2 hours? I understand it might be different for an artist at his level just curious.
I have one question, can we use a base human model to sculpt our own character. Is it acceptable in the industry or we should model the body from the start and then sculpt.
Love the J Hill collaborations, keep it up 👍🏽
Great tips, thanks you both Siamak / JHill!

Siamak Sempai, please make a video where you have in a background fireplace and hold whiskey in that chair. It would get my attention better.
Haha that could work 😂

He says try to spend some times on your own project or learn something new. When you work in this Field, you will work all time 😅.

You can do whatever you like! No one cares how you do it as long as you do the job.
