I listened it numerous times and I have to say Medha sung it better, and it's really surprising for me because she literally over shadowed the Shreya Ghosal. The amount of emotions and innocence medha had in her voice while singing this song was unmatched, Lots of love to medha. I wish to see and listen her again and again.

Medha sang wonderfully beautiful. Didn't expect her to convey this much of emotion as Shreya. But to say overshadowed Shreya, is a bit too much I guess. Maybe if Shreya's version was aired in the film, you wouldn't say this. Shreya's precision in dynamics and pronunciation, god level. Listen again in earphones, Shreya's version. The sweetness yet, the love she brought in the song. My God, only God can explain how she does that in every song.

IMO medha's version is better than shreya's version even tho shreya is a very well known artist so , no offense to her.
medha's version is far more peaceful and feels like a soft breath like voice which makes us feel elevated and calm where as shreya's voice is too strong for the song, hard hitting in the ear like high notes didn't do as much.
i prefer this version which medha sang , deserves more recognition.

There are definite imperfections, but this version becomes all the more sweet and endearing because of them. Medha's voice adds a touch of innocence, uncertainty, and vulnerability while Shreya's version is more refined and matured. Both beautiful to listen to. Medha's version as a tentative declaration of young love suitable for the start of the relationship while Shreya's version when she is a mature woman, secure in her love - strong enough to share some strength with her man in his moments of doubt.
