I was really depressed recently and I tried to ignore it. I was in denial. But as I walked alone to see the parade fireworks yesterday, I felt like I couldn't turn away anymore. I looked at it the darkness inside of me and admitted its reality. So yes, it has returned again. I feel so tired. I feel like breaking. I want to scream. I finally allowed myself to cry. I will never again try to die, I promised this myself 4 years ago and I intend to keep it. And so I cope with this pain as best as I can today. And I know I'll cope with this tomorrow and the next day and the next day. Deep down, I feel so abandoned and alone. If it were not for my belief, I'd truly lose it. I hope that I can... be alright again someday. These days are hard. But tomorrow will always be better. Even if I am the same. This same...disgusting loser of a person...I want to hope I can be alright. That I can have meaning in my own self. And make at least one beautiful thing in this life. I want to hope. For the day I can love myself. that is what this song has given me. Because I can't think it coincidence that after crying all alone silently...that I go online and this is the 1st song in my recommendations. Fate? Or peace?
