RetroBuoy™ Retrofittable Offshore Impressed Current Anode System

RetroBuoy is a large capacity anode system designed to replace failing anode on large offshore structures. When offshore structures get older, or when the initial cathodic protection anodes are no longer preventing corrosion, RetroBuoy can be installed quickly to provide an additional 15 years of cathodic protection current tot eh subsea steel.
The RetroBuoy system uses impressed current cathodic protection to deliver a large amount of CP to replace failing anode systems. One RetroBuoy sled can replace up to 26 tons of sacrificial aluminum anode material.
