Thanks for the nice video! Just a minor technical point: declaring classes in Protege will create constructs in your ontology (not constructs). Be careful if you save this file and use it with specialized RDFS reasoners (these reasoners will not be able to deal with constructs). You are using Pellet here which is an OWL reasoner and understands constructs, so it won't have any trouble.
