I will stand by anything this band is putting out. I feel like a high-schooler scrolling through myspace finding new bands all over again. Been here since the beginning, can't wait to here the rest!!
I beg to differ, I believe dreambound is the one to beat right now. They have yet to introduce a bad artist imo, and a bad song is so rare. None of the songs have ever been so bad that I had to skip it or give a thumbs down rating. They literally put out great music every time! I still come across older songs that I'd never heard before, on a daily basis, bc they put out so much content!! I'm a bit biased just bc they've been my jam for a couple months now, of course it helps that this is one of my all-time favorite genres.
FOREIGN HANDS KILLING IT AS PER USUAL - THIS IS THEIR YEAR AND IT'S BEEN SO DESERVED. THIS BAND IS CRUSHING IT WITH CONSTANT BANGERS FOR 5+ YEARS BY NOW. THIS IS SO SICK.
So glad you guys signed with sharptone the quality of your new recordings is amazing people are going to really be into you guys love it keep it up!!! Thanks
there are so much more, look up for Memento., Since My Beloved, Cauldron, God Program, While God Sleeps, Thirty Nights Of Violence, Serration, Church Tongue, old wounds, Flames Of Betrayal, Nothing In Between, Bloodbather, ASkySoBlack, Drawing Last Breath, CLEARxCUT, Stoleaway, A Dozen Black Roses, Times of Desperation and the 2022 record of boundaries
Here i am researching oldchool melodic metalcore intrumentation sounding bands, nobody seems to mention these bands, was it an underground thing? I know the emofied version of this was not ha, it sounded cool as well but these earlier bands really were beyond their time, I bumped into Darkest Hour and Atreyu too, what other bands should I check out?
I hear just like hatebreed, comeback kid and little bit of funeral for a friend, bring me back to the old times when we were young haha.. nice one guys!!
This band answers the question of "what if poison the well took the sound from the Opposite of December and just kept getting harder and heavier instead of going the post-hardcore route. basically take the warriors and ptw and mix them in a blender. and it's not just zoomers influenced by their uncle's music collection there is genuine experimentation here and messaging that feels more punk rock then the emotional stuff from back then. I love that the brief flash in a pan of early 00s metalcore (or as we called it all back then just "hardcore") is being resurrected, reimagined, and becoming a renaissance. Foreign hands is among the vanguard.
I do like this band. I do have to say though I can really REALLY hear Poison The Well influences in all of their music for most points. Not saying that's a bad thing but Poison The Well just does it a little better and they basically if not created that sound they sure damn perfected it. So yes I'm def gonna pay attention when u guys mature your sound into ur own. For now, I'm just going to keep listening to Poison The Well when I want to hear this type of metalcore.
Looks and sounds like it came out in the early 2000's.... Best genre ever
Like early Atreyu
Check out the band cast in blood of you haven't yet they're similar to these guys
Was gunna say the same haha
Hell yeah, that's what I love about Static Dress. Both bands have piqued nostalgia of the early 00's.
156/silence also wants to talk to you.

I miss these poison the well style spoken word segments in metalcore. This hits hard !
Together with Dying Wish, this is probably the best of metalcore from the new generation.
