This is really stressful issue in T12-XS. Why this E-3 error comes when turn on iron. Again the iron bit is in room tempreture then i take the iron error comes again.

Temperature Looks Defective from factory and ESD Safe is 1ohm which is a failure.
Cold Junction thermistor is missing on that series
