@@MrPDodgeawesome thanks so much 🙏 hard to find any videos or mods for a jeep like ours. When I look up any videos or anything online it gives me trail hawks. Which idk if the mods would work both way. I appreciate the response back.
@@jordangalvan369 No problem. I'm with you, had the same problem with finding stuff for mine too. Always results for trailhawks for any mods you look for.
Good straight forward video. I just bought a 2020 Cherokee. Ordered the exact Vanguard bull bumper from Vanguard on Amazon. It fit perfectly, looks good, however the clearance is not good. Bottomed out on my drive way and on speed bumps and I have it adjusted for max height. Maybe it sits better on trailhawk. Just saying.
The bullbar is definitely worth it I’ve gotten a lot of compliments on it already! It’s well built and if you actually do hit something the bullbar will take the damage not your front bumper
Does anyone know the sizes of hardware for this? I just got the bar and the brackets but the bolts and nuts are missing and I’d rather just buy them separate
I’ve got a 2019 Jeep Cherokee Latitude Plus. Will a Bull Bar fit on it without cutting any of the plastic fascia. Or will it mount under the bumper? Great video you guys did. How long do you think it would take to mount it. Mind you I’m 70. Thanks
I'm not sure about the 2019 year since this bullbar was for up to the 2018. You may be able to search it on some jeep forums online to find an exact answer. But it should take you anywhere between an hour - 2 if I were to guess!
Unfortunately you can’t put the cover back on unless you plan to cut slits in it to allow the brackets to slide through. The shield isn’t truly necessary but it’s good to block out debris and prevent junk from getting up in there
@@RatchetWrenches I got mine installed. Had some trouble with the u bolts being too close to engine components but was able to improvise a bracket and flipped the u bolt so it would hit the ac compressor. I cut slits in my dust shield. Thanks for the input
Yeah really just for cosmetics but of course If god forbid we were to get in a front end collision it could possibly prevent damage to the bumper etc. really depends on how hard the hit is etc!
Mine has the brackets but it’s a black horse and there is nothing on either of them labeling driver or passenger side. Which bracket do I put on what side?
I mean it could. Might not be the same setup regarding bolt holes and some other stuff. Ik the body style didn’t really change at all if anything really. I would do some research on a 2019+ bullbar
Thank you so much for making this video! Quick question do you happen to know if this would fit and if it would be the same install for a 2019 Jeep Cherokee Latitude Edition?
Hey nice video. My cherokee has adaptive cruise control, would this bull bar work with that or do I need to find something else? If so, could you point me in the right direction?
Thank you, and hmm that’s a tough question because I’m hey adaptive cruise control would not be in the way of the bull bar but those are all sensors and they’ll pick up on the bull bar. So I honestly don’t think you could run a bull bar and have the adaptive cruise control in my opinion. I could be wrong but that’s just my guess, I’m sorry I don’t have more info to help you out 😬
We had multiple issues with ordering on Amazon. They never sent the brackets and we had to order them from a different website i forget which one though.
Haven’t really tested it. But I can’t imagine it changing much. It has a god clearance from the ground. Unfortunately that’s all I can give you. We really haven’t had to go up anything steep
Thank you and congrats! And not anything drastically. We clear everything perfectly. Even the curbs do not really any clearance issues or anything like that
They come with the bull bar, if you need them separate I’m sure you can google “jeep bull at mounting brackets” and find the ones corresponding to your year and model
Akil Victor unfortunately we work until 5pm so we want to try and get videos out and on top of that it was daylight savings:/ but now we have more daylight after work so it won’t be night time
If you off-road a stock Trailhawk then yes you’ll need every inch you can get since they are not high off the ground to begin with. We don’t off-road this that much but plan on installing a lift kit for it so it won’t really affect the clearance that much once lifted
It’s hard to provide videos in daylight when we work full time and it was in the middle of winter haha! We tried our best but our later videos we improved on that
This is probably the only video on UA-cam on how to install so thank you!
Thank you for the comment! I’m glad we could be of help for you!
Installed mine today. Found that installing the brackets with the U bolts first was much easier. Good video tho thanks
Glad you enjoyed it! Enjoy the bullbar

It worked for a 2016 cherokee lattitude??????

Thanks! And ahh that sucks. Yeah maybe the all terrain tires plus different suspension on the trailhawk made clearance better for it
Niiiice. After seeing all my upgrades on my wrangle my mom wanted a bull bar on her Cherokee lol. This looks like the answer

Looks ok for lights to mount but from way the brackest are extended it looks like would fold in a 5mph bump
You would think that's the case but we never had an issue with them off-roading, speed bumps, etc

No we actually didn’t have to cut anything! I’m sure you can if you need to but ours fits fine!

Thanks and yea you can. We have a lightbar on ours and it’s great

You're welcome. I'm not 100% certain but I would assume it's different since the 2019 model is when they completed the face lift on the Cherokee's.

It looks like you have recovery hooks installed. Are they still accessible with the bull bar?
We don't have the Jeep anymore but I believe they were still accessible yes
What was the difficulty level on a scale of 1-10
bobby G realistically if you have some mechanical scales and 10 be difficult I’d say about 5 maybe less. It’s pretty easy
