I have read but have not seen they will use Northern Tool Klutch batteries. Would like to see how it does with the 8ah battry. Would be worth getting one for each car to change a tire.
just got one and super happy about it! you're definitely right that it has some heft to it. i just needed it for removing lug nuts and after this video i think im satisfied with it. for the price, you'd be hard pressed to find anything on this level of performance. thanks a lot!
@elijahdixon8106 All I can say is....it's an absolute beast for $99! Thanks for watching, and thanks for taking the time to leave a comment! Happy New Year!
Depending on your needs they have a few new Gen 2 - 1/2 impacts for hyper tough. A 12v, a 20v Compact with 2ah battery and charger for about $60, a 20v mid-torque with 4ah battery and fast charger for about $80, and the high-torque that you have already.
I would LOVE to have each and every one of them to try out! I'm a believer in their tools. Unfortunately, my budget won't allow it right now. Maybe one day! On a side note, look for 2 upcoming episodes where I give the new 6Ah battery a try on the 12v cordless ratchet and 12v 3" cutoff tool!
I've never worked on a Honda, but if that bolt is anything like the one on my dad's old Toyota Camry, then yep! This impact would have been great when we worked on it! Thanks for watching!
Excellent video. If I'm doing more than 700 lbs, I have a major malfunction on my hands. Picking one up real soon. Thanks.
I hear ya, I was surprised by the torque capability on this thing!

Appreciate the work you put into doing this video. Very educational and real-world example.
I try my best to show you guys how the tools will perform in real-world scenarios!

I am looking into this line, most tools now no charger or battery, HT all comes with both
I agree. It's going to be a tough act to follow with the other tool manufacturers!

Great video. You put in lots of effort into your videos love it man. I’ll be getting the mid torque impact.
I like the high torch impact cuts through any bolt like hot metal😂😂😂
Glad you liked the video! Thanks for watching!
Why go with the mid torque if it’s only $20 more to get the high torque? Genuine question not being sarcastic at all.
@@uria711 Because it’s a little smaller. I can fit it in tighter spots
@ ooohhh that makes sense. Ty
It's maximum breakaway torque is 774 but if you use a DeWalt battery it jumps almost to 900
I’ve also been wanting the 4ah battery
Well, here's a great excuse to go buy one 😄
Best bang for your buck in terms of high torque impacts at the moment.
I'd have to agree! Thanks for watching!
Works great, got one for $65 in the clearance isle, didn’t look used, I assume someone used it for 1 job and returned it
@@maxgorden499 that's a great deal!
Just got mine off the clearance aisle for 35! Can’t complain great vid❤
You scored big time!
These new 20v brushless hypertough tools are making a big ripple in the water, any idea whos making them?
Test Rite Tools is the manufacturer according to several sites around the web.
Thanks for watching!
I noticed that 4ah battery they sell has USB ports so you can use it like a power bank. All the batteries that come with 20v tools do not have this.
I'll have to check that out!
Great video!
Thanks, Buddy!
great power, even when being diluted through an adapter. great product for great value.
I'm definitely impressed with it!
I bought one a few min ago. Great video!
Glad you liked the video and congrats on the purchase!
Awesome!
@Lyle-1999 Thanks! And thanks for watching!
I bought one but it weighs 40 lbs I have week arms , Im 5ft 4. And 120lbs. What do I do?
Use it for curls to build muscle 💪
Give it to me until you get a little stronger! Lol
@@GrouchyGarageTipslol
Go back to school because it’s nowhere close to 40 lbs.
Walmart already knows what they got. Bought this like you said $98 beginning of December. It's now $115
No kidding? Did they really raise the price already? I haven't been back in there since I bought mine.
@TorquePowerVideo i was just in my local Walmart today. Yep $115 even online. New year means new prices
its still $99.88 online
@@eldorripu it varies from store to store.Thats why I said my local Wal-Mart
@@konadayz426 I bought one today for $99

Thank you, and thanks for watching!
Great for removing Honda harmonic balancer bolt.
