my moon sign is 0°10’ in aries and i’m a leo sun but as soon as i learned that i watched ur video and my takeaway is 0° is the purest form of a sign and a textbook definition of that sign.
That 0° is actually the 1st Degree.
Like My Mars is 0°14', it is in the 1st degree
0 is always nothing.
The Aneretic Degree starts with a 29° ??' and ends with 30°00'00". My IC is 29°13', it is in the 30th Defree

So as you are saying the less the degree (e.g. Aries 1 degree) the more pure, raw the energy is of that sign. But at the same time more work needs to be done. So e.g. if you're Aries 1 degree, you might embody Aries energy in a really raw, pure way but at the same time perhaps in a little bit immature way? Immature in a way that you need to work on your temper, anger etc., become more mature in this specific area. So basically the larger the degree, the less you feel the rawness of that energy but at the same time the less you need to work on it? Because the energy is already integrated/learned/pretty mature in that area?

Just one question.. What if my Aquarius in some house is in 8 degrees? If it's less than what you wrote here, like 11... Does is still work the same =》 0 to 30, so more towards 0 it will be "more" Aquarius? I feel like that's the case, but I just want to make sure, since here you wrote Aquarius 11 and 23 degrees.

My Grandma had vitiligo and until I was 10 or 11 I thought it was normal. She had it all over her arms and legs. I truly thought everyone's grandma was calico and when I discovered they're not, I thought mine was even cooler. I’ve been seeing a lot of articles associating the degree 18 with evilness and being “the worst degree” and I’m getting concerned bcuz i have that degree in 4 houses (1, 2, 7, 8)😭 Can u help me look into this
I’ve never read that before, but I will say that I wouldn’t label anything going on in a birth chart as “evil”. 18 is a Virgo degree so it could show areas in your life where you’re more particular or critical. It could also show where you need to de-clutter or cleanse in a literal or metaphorical sense.

I have the degree 18 for my sun in Leo and if you’re familiar with the Pandora’s box story of creation that represented Virgo/Pandora/Eve the first womban on Earth so Pandora was told not to open her box and she did anyways and released disease, death, curses and illnesses. So it’s another version of them saying women are evil due to the versions of the story of creation. However it can also be seen as Pandora freed the spirits of inequities so you may be a healer with that degree and I actually did go to school to be a doctor so the last thing left in Pandora’s box was hope so keep that hope fellow 18 degreer; hope that helped

I would have never guessed you have Vitiligo! I have had it since I was about the age of 11. Your skin looks so beautiful! 💚💙 My Midheaven is Taurus. The 14th degree shows up on my Uranus, Chiron and Saturn! 20 degrees on my Pluto and Sun!

I have Jupiter in Leo at 17 degrees. Full Leo energy huh. I need to create and express myself and let that light shine. Funny how I'm a Life path 8 too. Of course you get what we put out, and with Jupiter in Leo we are meant to bring others up, and when we do that and create we have this luck on our side or the opportunity to let our lights shine. At least, this is what I have learned about reading signs so far, as far as degrees go.
Pluto scorpio in 29 degree. I witness deaths in my life. Whole family , pets. Its really scary how it went up to that worse point. And it involved me. That's why i'm honestly scared if theres a possible loved one who come to my life. I am scared to hurt them even unconciously.
Basically th higher the degree themore it's headed to the next sign

As someone who is advanced in astrology, I am so glad you took the time to make this video about the degrees because they absolutely make a difference in a birth chart reading or just some self analysis. It can make someone have much more details in their chart with the combined energies of the sign + the degree itself.
For instance, Jackson Wang (one of my favorite people ever!) has his sun at 6 degrees Aries in the 2nd house. This makes him have the energy of not only an Aries, but also Virgo (6 degrees) + Taurus (2nd house). Basically, his ego/self esteem comes from what he values and consistently pays close attention to. Great CEO energy right there tbh. That's just one example of how this theory works!

I have Saturn in Gemini in the 7th house at 0 degrees also Jupiter in Gemini in the 7th house at 10 degrees I also have Pluto and Chiron in Sagittarius both in the first house 10 degrees and 11 degrees my chart is a mess I feel like when god was giving people they’re birth charts he just gave me the chart nobody wanted lol

Do you associate any of the planets as co-rulers of each Sun Sign Degree or does the ruling planet of each Sun Sign hold sway over all degrees of the Zodiac? In other words Venus is for Taurus 2nd house but if Sun is 16 degrees Taurus is there a co-ruling planet influencing the Venus aspect of the Sun sign?

I’m trying to understand too why houses are different sizes in the placidus system..
Constellations are different sizes. Signs are a 12-part mathematical division of the seasons, all equaling 30° each. Four seasons, each with a beginning, middle and end equals twelve parts of the year. Houses are a 12-part division of the ground under foot (or the same division of a day, instead of a year). Unequal sizing is similar if you imagine slicing an Orange at an angle, which accounts for the tilt of the Earth in a particular location. Constellations are not interpreted. Signs, houses and planets are interpreted separately but in relation to one another. Signs show the bigger picture, houses add the finer details that the planets refer to.

I watched the video in the link and I have a question. Basically you are saying that each house has 30 degrees and in regards to planets let’s say Aries sun at 27 degrees, that would exhibit Sagittarius energy even as an Aries. So what I want to know is how does that connect with it if the sun is in the 10th house or does the house not affect it ?
Houses represent the areas in your life that the planets are affecting. So 10H is career and reputation; Aries sun at 27 degrees in the 10H could mean having a very active role at your job, being the type of person who aggressively works toward reaching their goals. 27 is a Gemini degree which means that this person’s career role will have some type of Gemini influence. Note that the degree theory and decans are two separate tools in astrology.
What’s if it’s like 10.6? Do we round?
