  • We've just wrapped up leg two of our mission in Indonesia and the operations and science teams have been working hard.
    ✅ Mapped 10,000 km of ocean floor
    ✅ 4,655 nautical miles of helicopter surveys
    ✅ 2,000 dolphin sightings
    ✅ 48 whale sightings
    ✅ 32 sub dives
    ✅ 26 ROV dives
    We're off to start leg three in Indonesia, so stay tuned for even more amazing science and exploration.

    how many legs does this mission have? is it a quadruped? an insect? maybe even an arachnid?

    48 whales seems like not a lot. Is it not a lot for that region, or is that a normal amount of Whales?

      I’m thinking whatever they are using to map the ocean floor is causing distress and for them to breach the surface all in a short time.
