@Final Form I haven't been binge watching Rising as much since Bernie dropped out, but I love coming back here and seeing how comfortable the two hosts are with each other and especially these moments of lighthearted laughter from Krystal. Her laughter is so refreshing, as is the overall mood of the show even as it delivers on the frustrations of the anti-establishment left and right. These moments of genuine surprise and cheerful laughter remind us that these are two great journalists who believe in their values just doing their thing and loving every moment of it, as opposed to the robotic spokespersons for Corporate America delivering their scripted lines.

What a good and (should be simple) saying to break it down to the baseline for these people! I feel like all of these issues are more complex , connected, & nuanced than a lot give them credit for so you have tons of people (more so "followers" than any higher ups) breaking it down like they said in this video -- "x is bad so therefore we are opposite" when all that does is offer no real alternative or deeper convo/argument and pins you into a corner to the point that it becomes an identity and, like they said, a virtue call signal.

And, imo, should give you even more of a leg to stand on bc you're admitting hey even though x is right on this very specific thing it is still wrong/ineffective and let me tell you why. i wholeheartedly agree, even though my political bent is to the right. Krystal and Saagar have common sense and objectivity.
Their voice is really a not so hidden agenda to separate leftist Dems from the establishment; not a terrible thing. But they also push support towards right media and ultimately re elect Trump. They an are enjoyable pair. All media has biases, regardless of how much they tell you they aren’t biased. If one read their stories and opinions in print media, one would think they are self righteous, self aggrandizing shills pretending to be unbiased, yet pushing a right message. In person, they are enjoyable. If parties ever went from Dem Rep to populist and corporate they would be great mouthpieces for the populist party.

The number for Rising at that point was 61.303, so they have grown by 363.000 since then. The channel, that got/gets the most "hate" ( of course it is TYT ), has grown by more than 250.000 subscribers since then. Just a little "fun info".
