ohmygod SAME but i kinda knew because all the foreshadowing kinda lead to the story of Mito and it didn't fit the theme somewhat. BUT it's something to look forward to.
Everyone in DPR is growing into their own person. Christian's reinventing himself and dealing with his mental health, it's interesting to see. Nerves is going to be a favorite.
As someone who has suffered with severe mental illness for their entire life I can really resonate with a lot of this. I have struggled with OCD since I was about 5 years old and I can relate so much to that feeling of wanting to escape from yourself and also not knowing who you are, and having something else inside you that feels like it takes control of you. Glad there are people earnestly talking about these topics through art. It's an important and greatly misunderstood part of so many people's lives.
Thank you for doing this. The way Kakao M and Spotify Thanos-snapped and blipped the fck out of all my DPR and other KHH-KRNB artists and songs last night fcked me up.. but seeing this now.. there's a little ray of hope I'll get them back someday.
@@futasupastah there's been beef between Spotify and Kakao M and Kakao M decided to pull out all of the songs by artists that were distributed under Kakao M. So now, I'm waiting for DPR to be like the avengers along with other artists that lost all their streams and music. Because honestly, the artists and the fans are the ones most affected by the pettiness of both companies..
I really appreciate the way he presented every single track and he actually included another character inside of IAN. I can't wait for this album cuz, really we all have a mito inside of us going through different phases. I'm personally so proud of the whole DPR team; in front of and behind the camera. You guys, bring fresh ideas to life; that's hella challenging.
I don't know why but he looks so different from his MVs. In this documentary he seems so soft and almost broken, I really want to tell him he's gonna be OK. But when he's filming or making music he's becoming Mito. His presence is so different. So dark and gritty and I can feel his strengh even though he's in pain. I really admire this artist. I never felt more connected to a whole album. I sometimes catch myself daydreaming about Mito, what he's been through and what will come next. I can't wait to hear more of Christians voice.
_This documentary is like a culmination of all his Instagram TV videos and lives, but like an organized dialogue of everything he hasn’t shared or hasn’t been able to share with us yet. He seems like he’s living his best and most happy life right now and I’m glad he’s sharing it with us. His music is also awesome! The behind the scenes to his music writing process is also really interesting._

GOD I couldn’t even comment during. I was so immersed. The way I can relate to so many things in this???? But even with relating to the bad emotions its still somehow inspiring & beautiful to see?? It’s incredibly hard to embrace the vulnerability side of you to anyone, even just a person. Having to know Ian showing his side to a large amount of audience and release these masterpieces he made fully embracing himself as he is and perfectly planning and executing the ideas... you just don’t know how proud i am and how i appreciate him and all dpr crews so much for the effort they’ve put in this project. Very well done!!!
Im touched at the part he talked about Mito, like damn. Its like being understood feels like. Its like being recognized for your difference feels like. Im also really glad that he came to term with accepting Mito's existence, that really motivate me to keep moving on my own journey. And to whoever is reading this i also wish you a happy day and life.
Ian really has his own aesthetic and perception that makes that little documentary so beautiful along with all his songs, I admire that much creativity
It always amazes me how performers and artists who struggle with anxiety and fears to do with their art, choose to express it IN their art... it’s like facing a bully and in the process making them a friend. It’s still the same person... but allied to you now. So all these “issues” that we have we can make into art, they’ll still be bad, but they’ll be different, and less scary I think. Ian and all the others who do this are brave and strong people, I’m proud of them.
I don't know, MITO just come in the right time. Probably everything what it's in the album describes what I'm suffering, what I felt for almost 2 years. Thank you so much for this. I can't wait, anymoreeee. This documentary somehow gives me hope. DPR, we gang gang! We always got your back, guys.
One day if ever possible, I just want to sit down and chat with Ian about life or just anything. He has this story and this way of expression that's quite different in a good way. I came across DPR, four days ago and I've been hooked. The respect they have for their craft and the effort they put just inspires me to do better in my work. Not to mention just how mind-blowing their projects are. I'm so happy that I came across this gem called DPR❤️
After watching the video and hearing about the inspo for the songs in the album, I just cried. I really relate to Ian's anxiety, doubt and the feeling of being scared of everything, as well as having another part of me in myself that has been suppressed. This is going to be a masterpiece and I cant wait. DPR is evolving into something that is so beautiful and greater than what we have.
I love Ian both in front and behind the camera. His voice is hauntingly calming and the imagery he brings to any video he touches is always next level. Loving Mito and Ian...
It takes a lot of courage to bring out your past/present struggles, mental heath, weaknesses and personal battles turn it into music that can dare to move people. Its such a sensitive topic for most people to even talk about, to one person, let alone a whole community, props to the DPR team for helping IAN to be in a creative and safe environment where he can be vulnerable, and channel all of it into art. It feels very personal, almost like a music journal, Keep goin IAN! You're doing amazing.
In the mind of each of us there is a dark side, I embrace mine, it reassures me sometimes not to lose myself .. Thank you for your music, for your words, my favorite piece is Welcome to the show, it fully Represents my life 💜

I hope DPR know they have a lot of our respect as relentless and expressive artists. I'm genuinely so moved by them. They feel more like a movement then a bunch of insanely creative people. I connect with them like many others. Inspirational, brave, and sensitive. They're truly amazing. I'm especially taken by IAN and the way he expresses himself in such a raw yet elegant manner.
Man, I haven't wanted to thank someone so much for choosing to make music since I was an emo teen back in the early 2000s. You are phenomenal and I'm so glad I ever started following DPR.

Es esa parte que se oculta en lo más profundo de nuestros miedos, inseguridades y problemas, es algo que sentimos pero no podemos expresar y aunque lo hagamos no nos escucharían. Me sobra todo el halago y respeto que tengo por IAN y este álbum, porque no tengo ni idea de por cuáles situaciones debió haber estado él para poder expresarlo de esta forma. Es la obra perfecta que nos identifica a muchas personas, porque todo lo que hemos vivido se retrata aquí en 'MITO'.

It's amazing to get to know Ian from this side. I feel like he mostly used to show his positive vibe which he was spreading among people. As if he was hiding so many parts of himself which he started to show now - and portray in his music. Overall I love to follow whole DPR crew because I can see how they're growing, how they're changing, how they're following their dreams, experimenting, trying many new things, how they put a lot of themselves in whatever they do or create. So in each of their work there is something personal, a part of their journey, their growth, their conclusions, thoughts. It's so inspiring, thank you. You guys really create an art.

I love how throughout this journey with DPR you get to see every member’s development and their growth. I’m so proud of where Christian has come, how he learned to embrace himself and accept every side of him. It’s probably the 10th time I watch this documentary and I keep falling in love with Ian’s passion. He is the type of person you can look in his eyes and see that he really enjoys what he does. This documentary has become my safe place, and I’m sure it’s like that for several of us. Seeing this side of Ian is amazing. It really makes me feel special. Forever grateful to be able to be part of this journey. 😭
When he revealed the track list, Nerves and Scaredy Cat caught my eye. Hearing the snippets from here, and what it's about (Christian is so relatable) I think these two will be my favorites. Edit: After listening to the whole EP, I ended up loving everything 😭

I think the true magic of what you do is in the fact that you make people feel so many things on a very deep level. That has never been common, at least not in the scene you're currently at.

It’s incredibly hard to embrace the vulnerability side of you to anyone, even just a person. Having to know Ian showing his side to a large amount of audience and release these masterpieces he made fully embracing himself as he is and perfectly planning and executing the ideas... you just don’t know how proud i am and how i appreciate him and all dpr crews so much for the effort they’ve put in this project. Very well done!!!
Im touched at the part he talked about Mito, like damn. Its like being understood feels like. Its like being recognized for your difference feels like. Im also really glad that he came to term with accepting Mito's existence, that really motivate me to keep moving on my own journey. And to whoever is reading this i also wish you a happy day and life.
Ian really has his own aesthetic and perception that makes that little documentary so beautiful along with all his songs, I admire that much creativity

It always amazes me how performers and artists who struggle with anxiety and fears to do with their art, choose to express it IN their art... it’s like facing a bully and in the process making them a friend. It’s still the same person... but allied to you now. So all these “issues” that we have we can make into art, they’ll still be bad, but they’ll be different, and less scary I think. Ian and all the others who do this are brave and strong people, I’m proud of them.
I don't know, MITO just come in the right time. Probably everything what it's in the album describes what I'm suffering, what I felt for almost 2 years. Thank you so much for this. I can't wait, anymoreeee. This documentary somehow gives me hope. DPR, we gang gang! We always got your back, guys.

One day if ever possible, I just want to sit down and chat with Ian about life or just anything. He has this story and this way of expression that's quite different in a good way. I came across DPR, four days ago and I've been hooked. The respect they have for their craft and the effort they put just inspires me to do better in my work. Not to mention just how mind-blowing their projects are. I'm so happy that I came across this gem called DPR❤️

After watching the video and hearing about the inspo for the songs in the album, I just cried. I really relate to Ian's anxiety, doubt and the feeling of being scared of everything, as well as having another part of me in myself that has been suppressed. This is going to be a masterpiece and I cant wait. DPR is evolving into something that is so beautiful and greater than what we have.
I love Ian both in front and behind the camera. His voice is hauntingly calming and the imagery he brings to any video he touches is always next level. Loving Mito and Ian...

It takes a lot of courage to bring out your past/present struggles, mental heath, weaknesses and personal battles turn it into music that can dare to move people. Its such a sensitive topic for most people to even talk about, to one person, let alone a whole community, props to the DPR team for helping IAN to be in a creative and safe environment where he can be vulnerable, and channel all of it into art. It feels very personal, almost like a music journal, Keep goin IAN! You're doing amazing.

I hope DPR know they have a lot of our respect as relentless and expressive artists. I'm genuinely so moved by them. They feel more like a movement then a bunch of insanely creative people. I connect with them like many others. Inspirational, brave, and sensitive. They're truly amazing. I'm especially taken by IAN and the way he expresses himself in such a raw yet elegant manner.

'MITO' tiene ese algo que todos sentimos y vivimos, pero que nos cuesta decir. Es esa parte que se oculta en lo más profundo de nuestros miedos, inseguridades y problemas, es algo que sentimos pero no podemos expresar y aunque lo hagamos no nos escucharían.
Me sobra todo el halago y respeto que tengo por IAN y este álbum, porque no tengo ni idea de por cuáles situaciones debió haber estado él para poder expresarlo de esta forma. Es la obra perfecta que nos identifica a muchas personas, porque todo lo que hemos vivido se retrata aquí en 'MITO'.

It's amazing to get to know Ian from this side. I feel like he mostly used to show his positive vibe which he was spreading among people.
As if he was hiding so many parts of himself which he started to show now - and portray in his music.
Overall I love to follow whole DPR crew because I can see how they're growing, how they're changing, how they're following their dreams, experimenting, trying many new things, how they put a lot of themselves in whatever they do or create.
So in each of their work there is something personal, a part of their journey, their growth, their conclusions, thoughts.
It's so inspiring, thank you. You guys really create an art.

I love how throughout this journey with DPR you get to see every member’s development and their growth. I’m so proud of where Christian has come, how he learned to embrace himself and accept every side of him. This is the true masterpiece of life and making it into an album is 🤯 and I absolutely love how the whole crew is helping him finish his masterpiece, teamwork makes the dreamiest work. So proud of you guys♥️♥️ to many more years ahead!
It’s probably the 10th time I watch this documentary and I keep falling in love with Ian’s passion. He is the type of person you can look in his eyes and see that he really enjoys what he does. This documentary has become my safe place, and I’m sure it’s like that for several of us. Seeing this side of Ian is amazing. It really makes me feel special. Forever grateful to be able to be part of this journey. 😭
When he revealed the track list, Nerves and Scaredy Cat caught my eye. Hearing the snippets from here, and what it's about (Christian is so relatable) I think these two will be my favorites.
