All your video's are very well explained and alway good clear veiws of you making the jewelry which I love these earrings are stunning great design and colours loved watching you create these thank you x x
She has said how she cleans them several times in previous videos. If you are really interested, go back and look through the comments. Personally, I use a mixture of 2/3 regular nail polish remover mixed with 1/3 acetone free. That's gentler on my brushes. Also, I use a lint-free pad that you can find in nail sections to wipe my brushes.
For flat pieces, I'm sure she just sets them under her lamp. The curved pieces have to be turned continuously while curing. And it's a good idea to protect your eyes as much as possible when you are using a lamp. I keep mine covered before turning it on.
Beautiful earrings however, I just checked to see what the difference is between UV resin and epoxy resin and this is what it says: The durability of UV resin is limited to half a year. Furthermore, it is neither heat- nor scratch-resistant. Epoxy resin is the best option for a durable, long-lasting result that is also aesthetically pleasing for a long period of time. ------------ So, are these earrings you are making with uv resin only lasting 6 months or so?
The product information you are seeing primarily refers to the shelf life of unused resin, I believe. Casting resin, as I refer to it, would be impossible to use here. You have to use UV to get the quick cure time. Casting resin cures generally in 12 hours to several days.

Can anyone help find those silicone pads they use?
They buy larger pads and cut them to the size they want. I buy silicone cooking mats, which are perfect for the job 😊
@@janlambert5128 ty!! I thought that's what they did but wasn't sure. Ty!!
@@janlambert5128 That took me awhile to figure out. Good tip! 🙂
