JUST IN TIME! So it's not just me. Uninstalling updates to Chrome also helps for those who can't do it this way. Just hard press the chrome app. Select "app info" and press the 3 vertical dots at the top right.

Something else that should probably be mentioned (even though this comment will probably get buried): if you can't do anything about webview, try uninstalling the latest update of google chrome via the same method (play store), and you should be fine 👍

holy molerat time goes fast anyways if you wanna know how to fix it : 1. go to settings, go to apps 2. click see all apps ( or just make sure u see the entire list of apps ) 3. click on the 3 dots and click on show system apps 4. find webview and force stop it 5. worked for me also dont uninstall it that doesnt help its there for a reason, its part of the system. force stopping it is a better way.

I didn't see it after going through the play store, however I Google searched it then seen the 2 options and hit uninstall now all my apps work. Thanks for the info
