Can this arrangement be bought somewhere? I'd like to use it as the basis for my own transcription/arrangement for Piano (my neighbor, piano teacher) and Bass Clarinet (moi). Rachmaninoff and Debussy are my go-to composers when I need some beauty for my ears.

Too much editing to the sound. Sounds fake. The sound is far too wide for a pianos spectrum.
