the best way to play a streamer is to buy the minimum amount of weapons to survive so you get to 300~ish currency as fast as possible, please give it a try at one point, it completely changes the way you play the class there's absolutely no way loud is stronger than +25 materials a second, that's 1500 materials per wave you can invest into a piggy bank, into harvesting and luck, into defenses and damage, etc I would say the streamer is at least as busted as the demon, the only people who underestimate the streamer are the people who don't play it right

About the conversation of who's the strongest character now - The new strongest character is Druid and it's not even remotely close (I've done extensive tests on both him and Demon in endless). His ability to more rapidly farm Luck from Gardens means he can convert it to damage with Pearls at a crazy rate (literal thousands every wave), and with -3 consumable healing red fruits no longer hurt him so no tardigrades break. This means that even his hp scaling damage deals more damage than Demons well into the hundreds, or I'm fairly certain, thousands of waves, but his other sources of damage keep way ahead, like Rip and Tear and especially the Cyberballs and Baby Elephants

It's weird, I recently played the streamer in multiplayer, and I'm pretty sure (although I was surprised, like you) that both the pocket factory and the number of mines increased his armour, which was surprisingly powerful. I don't know if this is specific to multiplayer (I can't see why), or if perhaps when you compared on your side before/after killing a tree, the explosion of a mine elsewhere couldn't explain why you didn't see an increase in armour? I'll check again, your video has put me in doubt ^^ Thanks for your great work anyway!
to be honest the question on what character to start playing this should have a correct answer because you unlock items when you complete runs and each has a different ones that they unlock so technically there should be characters you want to play at the start to unlock specific items that are useful in most of your future runs...

I want tgem to add a character where you need to heal them instead of damage them... turn fruits in the landmines, healing turrets go for enemies and medical gun actual heala instead of damages or turn all damage into healing
I think you should throw in the occasional game where you play how you do alone and just go with the flow, i anyways love the vids but it could be a nice change to for you and some viewers and I'd love to see you playing more naturally sometimes
Must read: I just broken brotato in a way no one can imagine… this is the situation, I was playing as farmer trying to do the infinite harvest and in wave 19 I got the axoloti interchanging harvesting for crit sooo I took it and right after I got the coin with +4 luck for every 1 crit… after that the game is taking an hour per wave too many fruit and too many chest at wave 20!!! @dex can you replicate this?? I challenge you😮

healing turret is equivalent to 14 hp regen if you stay near it. perfect for slow characters
um wouldn't the tools that speed up structures also speed up the healing turret and if so would it heal faster
no banking = no materials = no reason to stand still.
the power boost from moving is shockingly strong, although the stat malus based on materials semi-forces you to sit still later in the wave
Idea: Healing turrets with Structure attack speed and Engineering, no luck taken for increased challenge.
