    This is why this show is great. None of the tv networks would ever let Kevin Love talk about this for so long and it’s actually interesting instead of screaming about Frank Vogel. Kevin Love knows better than almost anyone what it’s like to be on a Lebron led team and to go through the media circus that it brings. Great stuff as always

    Whether you love him or hate him, no one can deny that there has never been a player whose every single minute on the court has been scrutinised and put under a microscope like Lebron has. 19 years of that and counting, still championship or bust at 37, partly due to himself but It’s good to have some perspective while analysing these things.

    What I find ironic is LeBron haters love to say "he throws his teammates under the bus". I've never heard LeBron say any of his teammates are to blame for a loss or that he couldn't pass to a teammate cause they sucked. Kobe did. Jordan did. Kwame can attest to that. And what I find truly ironic is wen Kobe calls smush trash in front of an audience and room of reporters they cheer him on. If lebron ever said "JR Smith cost me the 2018 finals, I couldn't even pass to him" the way Kobe did about smush parker, y'all would say he was making excuses. Funny that LeBron never once stated any of his teammates cost him a game or series , Jordan and Kobe have but LeBron is the one who throws teammates under the bus? Naw more like the media and fans on social media. LeBron himself had never said outright that any of his teammates were bums. Jordan and Kobe have.

    • @hh-jy1ld
      @hh-jy1ld 2 роки тому

      Lebron is great. But he has taken advantage of a new era of NBA where players determine where they go play and who they go play with. This wasn’t available to Jordan or Kobe (for most of his career). Just different how they won. Jordan won within the team with players put together by the GM. Same for Kobe. Stayed on the same team and won. They had great players no doubt. Lebron goes to a team with intent to reshape through FA and via trades to maximize the winning window for Lebron. Just wins differently in my book.

    I don't really wanna call the pressure on Bron unfair because great is expected from Greatness. But what I will say is unfair is the way his greatness is, and has always been, measured/compared. He never had the opportunity to carve out his own place, it turned out that way but he never had that chase, and still kinda doesn't now. He was always compared to Jordan. Many of the GOATS got the opportunity to just be them, Kobe put pressure on himself by choice, but Bron. He never had any other option but to beat 6-0 in the Finals. The fact that he's in Mt. Rushmore convos speaks to what he's done on it's own, but people wanna take it all away because his path wasn't like Jordan's

Sure LeBron is a great player but not the best ever, you can easily tell just with that and many other examples of his career, but when people keep pushing that argument you are going to have a lot of fights, which is another thing media feeds from, so just to say "appreciate greatness" is too lame, all the hate and love towards LeBron and other players is something way deeper and complex, it doesn't get solved with an "appreacite greatness" argument.

    Lebron's teammates get criticism when they aren't hooping, simple as that! Outside of the 2011 finals LeBron brings it ever season/playoffs so you can't blame the loosing on him. In Cleveland Kyrie was balling out and never got blamed because he played very well. Kevin Love did get criticized because he would have really bad and passive games. AD's first season with the Lakers there was nothing to say bad about him because he was HOOPING!! Matter of fact they use to have discussions on who the best player was on the team between him and LeBron. AD's last two seasons have been injury ridden and down statistically so he is getting heat now. If you play well there is nothing to say.

Mans is second in the league in scoring. Even if he does drop off he is 37 at this point so you still couldn't really "blame" him.

      Exactly bro. I don't get it. It's like when they lose and a teammate has played bad, we can't call it out because it's a Bron teammate. No if you play bad, we call it out. If you play great, we salute you.

    Worst part of Lebron fans is certain players are “trash” on his teams but are “Allstars” or nameable people on other teams EX

      @@1vaultdweller Luckily, basketball skills are not measured by strength and muscle lol. He was a big that can shoot. That was rare back then.

      Yah
      In first game he was 1-8 from 3 plus minus was -13
      Game 2 he was -12
      Game 3 was only decent game even though he was -1
      Game 4 he was -26 🥴
      Kevin love was great player and still playing decent but he didn't play that good in those finals
