Dapat SMART specific ang report ninyo. Nambobola lang kayo, talo pa kayo ng media na natatanong. Dalawa lang yan, your are corrupt ( hidding your real expenses) or you are incompetent & weak as in hindi niyo alam ang gagawin at wala concrete vision. To ensure that the budget is appropriated & used where it must be used by addressing corruption seriously & not LIP Service which the Philippines had been experiencing for several years already. Vietnam had already overtaken us which is pathetic. They export rice & even clothes yet the Phils. , an agricultural country which is importing rice.
Poverty alleviation cannot be addressed by always giving money. Generate job instead & ensure the 4Ps program with education so that recipients are taught to be responsible & productive.
Look at your budget in DOTr. Measly budget when in fact budget of the DPWH project is in the Trillion yet mass transport is very important to reach out to those who have less in life & this will be more beneficial.
