my family had this piano and as a kid i loved playing around with it. at some point we got rid of it though. i really wish i could get it back, it was so much fun to play, and all these sounds brought back so many memories.
I learned music in a B-55 when I was 8 years old. When I switched to electric bass guitar, I plugged into this organ and got the purest tone I've ever heard. Even today it is my benchmark for a greeat bass tone.
I have about ten old-school Yamaha Electone's. And I use one of them for TV audio output, as well as a stand for the plasma panel. So the movie soundtrack is very powerful.
Thanks a lot for the video. At the end of the seventies my parents bought this same organ, and we spent years playing with it... I don't have it anymore (some day it stopped working), but I still remeber every key and every sound.... I still have the user manual, and it is full of nostalgia
Hello! just acquired a B-55 myself but it has a constant humming/crackly sound when turned on, you can't hear the sound when you play notes so it's not affecting play if you play loudly but it's always there in the background. Would you know what that would be from? thank you !

my nieces were playing on mine the other day and somehow they activated a speed device and all my auto tunes have spedup and won't slow down. any suggestions on what could be the problem and how to repair?
Hello! just wanna ask if anyone know how to turn on the piano sound on the Electone FE 60? cause my Electone won't gave any sound when i tried to play the piano blocks, is it broken or did i missed some button? cause there's so much button on the Electone, I'm so confused
guys help ihave this exact model bcut the sound of upper manual and lower are so weak i can barely hear them but the bass pedal work perfectly fine i wonder how can i fix it can't afford to get it fix on a shop edit: as i look at it it's not the exact model but this is closest model i found
I have a very similar organ, but when I press the yellow preset button the upper keyboard goes mute... I guess you wouldn’t have any technical knowledge as to why?
This probably means that your special preset selection block (piano,harp, vibraphone etc) does not provide commutation. Try to shake it up - press every yellow and green buttons 10 and more times. Also you should use a contact cleaner spray for this block, and for yellow preset selector.

maybe you should check the tempo control? the plastic handle may have disconnected from the real actuator

"White" is an automatic accompaniment on the lower manual, but you need to drive the bass pedals yourself

Pedals doesn't work if ABC red button is ON, may be it helps!
Good organs but I preferred the models that preceded these.
