So if you got a LLC you got to pay a fee? So a resale permit would be the same as sellers correct?

Yes, its the same name, same thing....Yes there is a fee when you register your LLC, I believe that if you register, first do it as a sole pr, start your vending, And then after a while, you can just use that til you build your business up and then register it as a LLC, is what I would do....To start off....just saying....
