    Kingsize Hotteok is good for eating with family or friends to cook once.
    - HotTeok meaning: “Ho(호)” means Foreigners(Central Asian, Arabian), “Tteok(떡)” means rice cake. So Ho-Tteok is a rice cake from Foreigner. That is not Hot + Teok
    - HotTeok origin: Some Chinese, who learned the Naan recipe from Central Asia and Arabia by Silk Road, sold a kind of pancake in Korea on the 19th. Actually, China has many kinds of pancakes, but a little different style from Korean Hotteok.

    ----------Ingredients of Hotteok ----------
    - for Hotteok
    1/2 cup water
    2 Tablespoon sugar
    1 TableSpoon instant dry yeast
    30g(1oz) melted butter
    300g(10oz) wheat flour
    1 teaspoon salt
    - Ferment time: 1hour
    For fillings
    1. Mozzarella cheese
    2. Nut honey jam
    30g(1oz) sugar
    15g(1/2 oz) pumkin seeds
    15g(1/2oz) peanut
    1Tablespoon cinnamon powder
    30ml(1fl oz) honey
    1 Tablespoon cornstarch
    100ml(3.5fl oz) water
    - Cooking time
    5 mins on a frying pan
    If you want the cheese to stretch like the thumbnail, you should cut Hotteok ASAP after cooking.
